Dorchester Collection’s latest hotel 45 Park Lane in exclusive Mayfair, London opened in September 2011 with Wolfgang Puck’s first venture in Europe, CUT at 45 Park Lane. Throughout the hotel, luxurious and contemporary interiors by New York based designer, Thierry Despont, provide a club-like feel. The chic hotel will offers London’s in-crowd and the most seasoned of jetsetters a smart but discreet hotel from which to enjoy London. Each of the spacious 45 rooms and suites offer views of Hyde Park, as does a spectacular Penthouse Suite featuring a spacious balcony with panoramic views over Hyde Park and Mayfair. A striking central staircase leads to the first floor featuring Bar 45, a library and a private media room.

Staff, restaurant, spa was on point. They made sure everything was arranged and handled. Huge shout out to Raphael in CUT for making my night with the beef Wellington. Millie in the spa was fantastic. Reception staff were great and butler team did everything right. Will certainly be back

An excellent Sunday Roast at the elegant Cut at 45 Park Lane. The location is ideal being opposite to the Dorchester Hotel. The interior design is modern and elegant. The service was first class and very helpful and friendly. We opted for the Sunday Roast menu which offered a Beef Wellington and a Sirloin selection. The Beef Wellington was excellent as too the Roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese. The portions were ample and very tasty. We shall certainly be visiting again.
Jesse and the team really looked after my wife and I. Pre arrival, we told them we were doing early Christmas gifts and as such were attending a show in Wembley, upon our return from the show, we had cupcakes in the room with pictures of the band and album we went to see. Nikoleta assisted with the check in and she was warm and friendly. Thanks 45 Park Lane for everything

Dear Team, I was recently attended for work purposes 45 Park Lane establishment. In order for us to achieve our objectives it was necessary for the Hotels team to work with us closely and assist us in promptly actioning very specific requests. I would like to say that the team worked very hard and diligently for many days consecutively and this would often require in the background a lot of briefing between day and night teams, so it was particularly impressive how the fluidity of our request was sustained by the different teams. Our work could not have gone as smoothly as it did without the help of the Hotel teams. Therefore, I would like to thank them personally for their hard work in particular Victoria and Bjorn for coordinating everything and actioning with such professionalism.

We were in China Tang, a brilliant Chinese restaurant inside the Dorchester Hotel. Excellent Chinese cuisine and good service. Check it out.
The Cut 45 is an amazing restaurant, the meat was so yummy, the service was great, the staff well looked after us and the chocolate desert was the best I ever had in my life. It was my husband birthday and the chef offered s champagne and a happy birthday cake.
Ever heard of Hospitality? Ever heard of great food and wonderful service? That is CUT! We enjoyed a fantastic evening there with incredible food, wine and service. Absolutely amazing location and people. Steaks were insane and look out for the seasonal white truffle with home-made pasta :- thanks - we come againService: 5/5
