Amazing Stay at London Hilton on Park Lane I recently stayed at the London Hilton on Park Lane, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, right in the heart of London, with beautiful views of Hyde Park and the city. It’s also close to popular attractions and shopping areas, which was very convenient. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the view from my window was stunning. The food at the hotel was amazing, especially at Galvin at Windows, the restaurant on the top floor. The breakfast had so many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and look forward to staying here again.
Exceptional Experience at the Hilton Hotel! My stay at the Hilton Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of my visit was perfect. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with a bed so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The amenities were world-class, especially the dining options and the wellness facilities, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated the little touches, like the warm welcome at check-in and the prompt room service. I can’t recommend the Hilton Hotel enough for anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I’ll definitely be returning!
AVOID if you’re a Hilton Honors member, unless you want to be: 1. Treated like a second class citizen. Please search ‘diamond’ in the reviews to see the track record of this hotel. The experience is atrociously consistent: utter unwillingness to upgrade or delay checkout, etc. Don’t expect your Diamond benefits to be worth anything. If you had an alright stay, you got lucky. 2. Lied to and given bogus explanations. They will tell you that they’re fully booked, despite clear vacancies on their website. ‘Upgrade subject to availability’: in this hotel, ‘availability’ means nothing. Diamond members simply have no value here, which leads one to wonder at the operational system of this ‘Hilton’. 3. Told you can’t check out later because ‘VIP guests’ want your specific room early and non-negotiably, despite you having to wait extra time for your own room to be ready previously. Again, they claim to be fully booked despite a quick search providing proof to the contrary. What’s the point of being a Diamond member in this hotel? I sincerely urge everyone to check their past reviews and RUN. Does London lack wonderful hotels that actually respect you?

From NYC area. Our First stay in London . My wife & I loved our experience. Located in fantastic area near pubs, shopping Hydo park, Buckingham palace, etc. Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Bob, concierge was outstanding. Spot on recommendations for local restaurants & activities. Doorman very friendly, professional & HELPFUL- went out of his way to find us an oversized cab for our family! Rooms nicely appointed, beautiful lobby and new bar/lounge. Great vibe!
The Hotel is located very close to the city which is wonderful for a spot of site seeing or a shopping trip. The rooms are just stunning very luxurious with your every need tended to by the wonderful staff who willing to go above & beyond for you which is outstanding. The whole experience was extremely delightful and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Rooms: Immaculate, very luxurious, beautiful private worthy of 5* most definitely. I would recommend the hotel couldn't fault it. Nearby activities: Due to location there's lots of pleasurable Places to visit, lots of activities within the hotel itself, gym, sauna 5* restaurant I could go on. Safety: Guest Safety is priority. The staff & security team make sure your looked after round the clock. Walkability: The Hotel is easily in walking distance to Harrods, central London Buckingham Palace its the perfect location. Food & drinks: As well as the top class restaurant & Bar located inside the hotel which serves the most unbelievably high standard dishes they also have an extensive list of wines & other beverages. Noteworthy details: If your wanting the full 5* treatment then this is the hotel for you. It gives me such pleasure to recommend the London Hilton.
