We just came back from London. While we were there we Decided to stay at the Mayfair. I can only highly recommend to stay there. Do not hesitate. I travel for work so I’m used to staying in hotels. When we arrived, the hotel kindly offered us an upgrade. In our room, we had an issue with the bathroom. I mentioned that to the lobby manager Mrs Ana Z.. This lady made our stay so special that I can only congratulate the hotel for hiring people that are so customer centric and caring about Customer’s satisfaction. She made sure that we get a fantastic new room and offered us some special treatments. Thank you so much Ana and we will for sure come back and recommend the hotel.
Everything about this hotel was perfect. The front desk representative - Kim was amazing. She was so friendly, nice and ensured that I received the best service. I always would love to commend their concierge team as well, especially Michael. The hotel is located in a very great area. I felt very safe. The rooms are large and the room designs are very modern. I loved it. I love the Mayfair Hotel lines when I’m in London. I’ll definitely be back to this one.
Hello our stay at the Mayfair was outstanding! Irina was extremely helpful & caring! Because of her personality & kindness our stay was one of the best ever hotel stays, for both my wife and me!! Jeremy was also helpful and friendly! He is one of the bell persons! In our opinion these two people made our stay extremely memorable!! We will go back again!! Walkability: Great location to get on the bus or train. We walked everywhere and we had no issues!!
I’ve stayed at The Mayfair many times over the last 10 years.. the location is ideal and the rooms are pleasant. On this occasion check in and check out was dealt with by Niousha who was absolutely brilliant, she really ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed. The room we were first given didn’t appear to be the correct room we had booked but this was corrected straight away, although we couldn’t have a room with 2 beds as requested it wasn’t really a problem as the room we ended up staying in was spacious and the bed was more than big enough. The concierge was helpful in assisting us with the restaurant booking we required, we were helped with our bags and the door man was so polite and friendly. The lychee martinis from the bar were perfect and this being available on room service is ideal! Look forward to our next stay.
Fantastic afternoon tea. All the staff were so welcoming, they were always at hand to help. The food was really stunning and the option to have more sandwiches and change the tea was entirely unexpected and great value. The scones the true test of any afternoon tea were exactly as they should be - warm, slightly crumbly and slightly sweetened in other words perfect. It was a celebration for my youngest's exam results and this couldn't have been better. Thank you to all the staff, from the wait staff to the kitchen.
The aesthetics of the common areas are fabulous. Staff are super attentive and friendly. The bedroom however was very tired, the carpet was grubby and I couldn't turn my aircon up and it was stuck on 16 degrees. The bed was very comfortable and not too noisy for central London. The pictures on the bedroom wall were dull but that's my personal opinion. Staff at breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly and the bar staff very attentive
The best location and the best service. That's a unique combination. Usually hotels which are centrally located know customers will stay with them and don't invest too much in customer service, but this hotel's staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate you. My 1st preference in London always!Rooms: 5/5
At the beginning they move us many times until we get the suitable room . There are instructions around the hotel so we couldn’t get a good view.The location was perfect , some rooms need to renew especially carpet, cleaning was not bad but they are so stingy in bathroom fittings soap, laundry bag …….. actually I stayed there about 9 nights barely put some water. Otherwise everything was excellent
Our stay at the hotel gets better every time, clean and comfortable rooms with simple and elegant decorations, rich and tasty breakfast with impeccable and friendly service from the staff. Finally, I would like to make a particularly positive mention of an amazing professional at the reception, Andrea I, her attention to every detail regarding our stay was decisive.
My girlfriend and I stayed there after a night out in London, ending in the palm beach casino. Which was absolutely amazing gambling there followed by staying at The May Fair, felt like wining Monopoly. Thank you againRooms: 5/5
