An icon in the heart of Mayfair. We stayed in the Paul Smith Suite and I can honestly say it’s one of the coolest rooms I have ever stayed in. The hotel has a focus on doing things right. The service is beyond friendly and accommodating. The best Afternoon tea in the city of London. I’ve been to them all, I think the Afternoon Tea at the Browns had the highest quality and most delicious food. Very dog friendly. Treat yourself to you a suite if you can, they are so unique, unlike any other hotel.
I have been staying at Brown’s Hotel in London every year, both before and after the pandemic, and it’s always a delightful experience. The hotel has a lovely, warm atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent, offering a great selection of dishes. What truly stands out, though, is the staff. Givi, Gabon, Jorge, and Ivan, who are often at the front of the house, are incredibly attentive and friendly. They never forget a guest’s name and are always ready to help with anything you need. For example, they’re quick to offer an umbrella at the first sign of rain. Once, I even left behind some jackets, and they promptly arranged for them to be sent back to me. Although the hotel can be a bit pricey, the level of service and attention to detail makes it well worth it. If you’re able to splurge a little, I highly recommend staying at Brown’s for a truly special experience.
Brown's Hotel is a historic building located in the heart of central London, near Oxford Circus. It has has many famous visitors including Agatha Christie and Princess Diana. Went for an afternoon tea with work friends earlier this year; it was my first tea experience. There are plenty of tea choices, sandwiches with dietary choices, service and hospitality were top notch. Accompanied by live piano music as well. It is a very pricey afternoon tea their prices have gone up recently as well; I can justify the service charge because the hospitality was amazing, but I feel like I was paying for the cuttlery and crockery. Walkability: Brown's Hotel is a short walk from Green Park and Oxford Circus. Food & drinks: Afternoon tea is available, but it is very pricey.
I've been to a mother daughter spa with my 10y old., followed by afternoon tea. It was absolutely wounderful! The joint massage and manicure were just right, in a pampering and relaxing atmosphere. Really professionaly done, welcoming and warm. The afternoon tea was christmassy and yummy. Really wonderful way of celebrating a bday for a very happy girl
Teatime experience in the Drawing Room Perfect and friendly service Mr Lefter in an extraordinary room. Live piano music and the food was delicious. Stayed there for 2.5 hours. Just perfect Food & drinks: Extraordinary teatime in the drawing room.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Besides being beautiful and very well located, the food is wonderful and there is a perfect tea room! The hotel staff are super pleasant! Ivan, Jorge, and all the doormens are always very smiling and ready to help. The breakfast and tea staff are also very friendly. I will definitely stay at Brown's Hotel next time I'm in London. 10/10!
Took my friend who was visiting London for an afternoon tea, and had a pleasant time with subtle piano music and delicious sandwiches and pastries. Was well attended by Rita who spoke to us in Spanish too! Totally recommended!Service: 5/5
We just completed a week long stay at Browns Hotel in London. From beginning to end our stay was fantastic. Great food, service, and rooms. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel to stay in while visiting London this is where you want to be. The breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful setting. The service from all employees was kind, helpful, and fun. The room was beautiful and spacious. Can’t wait to return one day!
