When I checked in a worker called hamed gave us the best hotel experience ever. Very welcoming and professional! I was so disappointed when they told me it was his last day of work. 1-The bed is very comfortable and Clean . modern hotel but not luxury. 2-I noticed when I call the reception they don’t pick up immediately. and when I ask for something it takes too long or sometimes they just forget. 3- location is superb. 4- superior room with a park view is amazing وفيها شطاف 5- deluxe room is too small and depressing.
Eating here it’s a very good experience !! Absolutely amazing! The chef is very kind, explaining with passion what he’s done. We love it… Very tasty, nice presentation, staffs very good and very kind… large selection of wine! Highly recommended
This is more of a restaurant review but I just wanted to say what an incredible experience it was to dine at the amazing Gridiron restaurant at Como Metropolitan London. Head chef Ruben and his fantastic team did a wonderful job of creating the ULTIMATE seafood menu with fusion inspired cuisine that was so unique it felt like every dish had a little story and contained a little piece of their own background which Ruben very kindly took us through. Truly a pleasure to experience. Mykola welcomed us warmly and the excellent Buwa was friendly, funny and attentive from beginning to end. Louis and his extensive knowledge of drinks was incredibly impressive. Overall, so much more than just a dining experience. Truly memorable Como London. A big thank you.
Nice place, reception is pleasent and welcoming, rooms are nice and service is fast. Most of all the location is great and allows access to lots of nice areas within walkable distance.Rooms: 5/5
Used the serviced apartments attached to the hotel. The staff were wonderful, attentive and friendly but also extremely professional, can't thank the team enough for everything they did for us during our stay, from the concierge right through to the cleaning staff. Walkability: Located in Mayfair just of Piccadilly. You are a stone's throw away from some of the nicest parts of London.
It is the worst management and hotel in london. Don’t ever book it. All they look for is extra money and they charged me for a night that I didn’t spend in the hotel. Plus the room is very small and smells really bad. My worst experience here at london.Rooms: 1/5
The most incredible food in a casual dining room. Eat at the bar to see the chefs in action! We enjoyed delicious Mediterranean dishes, each one better than the next including croquettes, a fantastic rice based dish and mint chocolate mousse dessert. Try the raspberry mojito cocktail, it's so fresh.Location: 5/5
Room was nice, snobby staff and awful service. I have heard that they treat their staff and cleaners awfully and unfairly. Not a pleasant experience staying here I will not be staying again. Not sure why the staff are snobby like they don’t live on a council estate in hackney. Have a great eveningRooms: 1/5
Lovely place, Louis Deniz definitely made my stay as I was a solo traveller, he made great effort to assist me and feel welcomed at this beautiful hotel. Would recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Our excellent meal at the pop up "A Taste of Como" was for the "A Taste of the Ocean" seafood 3 month menu of fish, crustaceans and shellfish in the tradition of Andalusian cooking. Every dish kept getting better and better and the flavours of the dishes were exquisite. The Shellfish croquettes with sriracha mayo oozed seafood gooeyness. gooeyness. The Crispy oyster with ‘gazpachile’ dressing and daiquiri apple, Calamari bao-guette, Cured trout with horseradish gel, and smoked seaweed butter were all outstanding dishes. After that we had the Yellow curry mussels with garlic and a smoked cheese flatbread to mop up the sublime sauce. Next, the Grilled Galician octopus with coriander and a chorizo vinaigrette was perfectly cooked but my favourite dish was the Chargrilled monkfish, seafood and lobster broth rice. We manged to find some space for the dessert and shared the Lemon and rhubarb tart with rhubarb ice cream and the Milk chocolate and passion fruit pot. All in all outstanding cooking from Executive Chef Ruben Briones and his excellent team. Rush here before the pop up ends!
