A luxury hotel with 5 star service situated in a residential street off Piccadilly a few steps from Green Park in the heart of fashionable Mayfair. Converted from 6 Georgian townhouses the hotel has undergone a multimillion pound refurbishment. I can’t say enough good things the Flemings Mayfair Hotel after staying there for 5 nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff was wonderful and attentive! Not only did they provide incredible customer service, they were great with our toddler. Spacious rooms in the perfect location- we will be back!Rooms: 5/5

Just had a lovely 5 night stay in this gem of a hotel. It is a smaller hotel on a quiet street off Piccadilly. I love the small hotel feel as it feels homey. We booked the breakfast included rate and the buffet each morning is great. All staff members are so friendly, and go above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. It is less than 2 minutes walk from Green Park tube which means you are very well connected to everywhere in London and beyond! Rooms: Small but very charming and well appointed. Nearby activities: So central with many sites within walking distance. Safety: Off Piccadilly, on a quiet street. We felt safe the entire time, even returning late from our evening outing. Walkability: Central to everything and ++ buses and less than 2 minutes to Green Park tube stop.
We had such an amazing 2 night stay. From the beginning, Alex the bellhop was kind, attentive and gave us great historical facts of the hotel to start off our stay. We arrived in London in the morning local time- but it really was overnight for us where we flew from... so it was really nice to be able to check in right away, shower, and just decompress to start our day. The rooms were small as to be expected in Europe, but the space was used really well - especially the bathroom! To our delight, the bathroom even had heated floors and towel racks. We got complimentary water with our room which was always a plus...and it came with all you need, even a British charging adapter which we forgot because we only brought the Europe one. Truly have no complaints about our stay - only regret is wish we had a chance to experience the high tea or the Michelin restaurant in the hotel!
I don’t know how to begin to describe how exceptional this hotel is and furthermore the welcoming. after a very tiring journey, they welcomed me really nicely The hotel was clean, central, tastefully decorated and beautiful. I sincerely thank Mr. Aman Zarrar for his exceptional help and hospitality. Thanks to his outstanding attention, I will definitely choose this hotel for my next visit to London.
Another fantastic stay at Flemings! We are always looked after so well by Lorena and the team - we cannot wait for our next stay! Everything is first class and nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful experience every time.Rooms: 5/5
Although there was big troubles with my room keys that just didnt work for a whole day and I had to go to the reception several times which was very annoying and also a misunderstanding with a room Service Lady - I left The Hotel flemings Mayfair happily because of one reason - The Manager - he was really so friendly and made sure I am happy and I have everything. The one with Brown Hair and beard that was there when I checked in and also when I checked out he was there. He was very Hospitable and I appreciate that. Also the guys that worked Late at Night were really caring. When I had breakfast The ladies were all very Kind. I think I will visit that Hotel one more time to See how it will be next time. I was in The 2nd floor and the room was beautiful. Really small but nice colors, turquoise colors. I stayed 3 Nights. Unfortunately I could Hear Noise from The Cars outside. But i will try again and maybe They have rooms where you dont hear so much Noise from outside. But what I liked was that there was a Bluetooth Box for music : Safety: I felt Safe in the streets in that area Food & drinks: The menu for room Service was Really very good. The meat And Steak
This hotel is in an ideal spot if you want to be near every store you could ever want to shop in, along with so many great food and coffee options. The hotel is LOVELY. My room is really nice, upscale, and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would 100% stay here next time I’m in London!Rooms: 5/5
Love how this can be the real experience of “boutique” hotel. As a traveller I always prefer this type of hotels something that is not too overwhelming when you get to the hotel. What i meant by that is it’s gonna be packed once you get to hotel and all that but this probably considering the size of it it maybe can just accommodate a little guest which I love. Would love to commend the housekeeping staff as they were the same people who cleaned our rooms daily i like how it can be personal. Coming home to my hotel after a long day is so clean and peaceful plus the turn down service. Also have more confidence with them taking care of my room. Same with the concierge staff who has been quick for any request sent to the room or whatsoever never complained when they delivered to my room. You know how you always feel at home when people do extra things for you. You would feel that they’re willing to do things even without expecting things in return this kind of people especially in this industry should serve as an inspiration. Not even a facial reaction when you ask them to do things but they would responde “certainly madame” Amazing! Thank you! When I left i gave my appreciation to the team. Also to Lorena The Operations Manager who thanked us personally for showing appreciation to the team. You didn’t have to but thank you. Also the staff who ironed my clothes thank you so much and I appreciate that those little things matter for me as a traveller. I will be back for sure My room had a walk in closet which was a great help to sort my things out of my room. Room was super cozy and the concierge and front staff were amazing. the lounge is a perfect place to do work while you people watch Despite the lack of food option during the day think it was not big of an issue because mayfair basically has a lot of options around
5* all round ! Our second home. The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk away from the heart of Mayfair. The Mancetta Bar at the hotel is fantastic and super enjoyable. The rates at the hotel are beyond reasonable, parking is always spot on right outside the facility. Staff are always attentive and welcoming. Despite other fantastic hotels in London we always find ourselves back here.
