Myself and my partner stayed in this hotel over the weekend as we were attending a wedding and we were so pleased with everything. The room was lovely and spotless and included amenities such as a fridge, microwave and a luxury coffee machine. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the location was fantastic. Not far from Victoria station and right next to Buckingham Palace. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return here in the future. Thank you The Resident Victoria
Nice hotel. Buckingham Palace was steps away. Great location. 2 blocks to underground and Victoria station and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Super clean, updated with a little kitchen that had a Microwave, sink with filtered water, fridge. Just enough to reheat leftovers. Wine served at 5 pm and chewy candy at front desk . It was small, but expected for London.
What a lovely hotel. It's close to a major subway line and many buses. The rooms were perfect we LOVED the towel warming gadget. The mini fridge and kettle and a nescafe brewer were a very nice touch. It also had basic glassware and cutlery even a corkscrew and wine glasses. Check in was easy. They also have a BAGGAGE STORAGE which allowed us to enjoy London a little more before our late flight home. Very CLEAN, the staff does an amazing job. Walkability: Just around the corner of Buckingham Palace. AMAZING
My wife and I booked a vacation in London for a 7 night stay through Expedia and the Resident Victoria was chosen as it seemed to be in a pretty central location come to all the tourist attractions and right in central location with the Buckingham Palace just steps away. When we arrived much earlier than then check in time, we received the friendliest service right from the start until the day we left. The room was simply the best I have seen to date during all the vacations I have taken so far, I liked that they thought of every convince travellers could need down to providing a fantastic little kitchenette with cups, plates cutlery, microwave and coffee maker. I especially liked that they would replenish coffee and tea with milk so I didn't have to worry to have my coffee first thing in the morning which I am used to. The staff was helpful and always willing to provide any advice to make our trip more pleasurable, especially Lawrence whose tips were very helpful during our stay. Room service was provided everyday, which I recently noticed has been declining with other hotels as it is only offered if requested. In all honesty my experience was non less than staying in a five star hotel at the price of a four star. Location is the key bonus point as everything is within a short walk including the underground and food stores. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting London and keen to see all the interesting tourist attractions.

You absolutely cannot beat the location. You feel as though you can reach out and touch Buckingham Palace! However, the hotel offers fabulous peace and quiet. All staff are exceptional and truly made us feel welcome and well looked after. We will definitely be repeat visitors.Rooms: 5/5
I had to extend my stay in London by 1 day and chose this lovely Place. The a/c was wonderful. It was just a 1 night stay, but the friendliness of the staff was impeccable. The gentleman walked me to my room upon arrival. When having issues with the tv, the front desk guy walked to my room to "show me" how to use it instead of explaining over the phone. This is one VERY customer service friendly hotel. They had free drinks between 5 pm and 6 pm for guests. Please stay here!
Good hotel overall. Superb location. WiFi very slow latency was very high. Rooms are small like London rooms are but the kitchenette is a nice touch. Shower pressure is weak and lightning in the room at night is dim though.Rooms: 3/5
Great find! Surprising quiet for such a great location. Less than 5 min walking to Buckingham. Dozens of restaurants within 5 min walking, as well. Rooms are small, but they have all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Who stays in the room anyway!?!? Friendly staff. Would certainly return!Rooms: 5/5
