Great hotel and very good service. Right in the heart of London en near to all important places. I've been here already 6 times the past 9 years. Very nice rooms, great breakfast! Great!

It has a friendly helpful staff. Easy access to Victoria Station. Short walk to the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, James Park and Churchill War Rooms. Swainsbury grocery is 2 blocks away and a nice coffee/pastry shop within a block. Lots of eating options.

Very nice hotel with a great bar. Fantastic selection of beers and very close to the tube station.

Appears newly renovated. Clean. Quiet. Everything in the room is controlled by three central controllers located throughout the room. The staff at the front desk were very approachable. Would consider staying here again.

Used as a venue for a conference: highly recommended. Management were great in helping us to arrange rooms, layout, equipment, catering, timing etc and on the day staff were attentive and there were plenty of them. Not the cheapest option but it is worth paying the little bit more per head.
