A lovely afternoon tea experience. The service was great, the food was delicious and the location is perfect. We will absolutely return.
Had afternoon tea here and had a great experience. Service was excellent, thorough, good communication and very attentive. The tea was good, scones were fresh, food was tasty. The hotel is historical and looked very interesting.
Coming to London for the first time, we wanted to experience the afternoon tea and we picked this place. While overall it was good experience, it didn't result in an unforgettable experience mainly because of so so ambience at least from what I was expecting from an expensive afternoon tea place
