This is a very modern, by London standards, hotel. It is extremely attractive, comfortable by London standards. Very convenient to Victoria Station, local pubs, etc. Rooms were nice and clean, well appointed. Furnishings were above average quality. Bathroom was very attractive but had some quarks, but nothing too bad, just some goofy stuff that made you wonder what the architect was thinking. They have a very nice bar and restaurant. They include a buffet breakfast that is extremely nice, eggs, bacon, bangers, several other cooked options that are typically British. Waffles, bagels, toast fresh fruit, pastries, and cereal. For a complementary breakfast it was one of the nicest I have had. We have all felt that we would return here if coming to London again. Safety: Good security with keycards. Walkability: Good array of places nearby, including Victoria Station and buses. Food & drinks: Good menu options. Bar seemed to have a good liquid selection.
We Stayed in room 206 for 3 Nights, very clean and comfortable, AC worked great it is a hot summer currently. I highly recommend the Breakfast, great variety. The location is opposite Victoria station , walking distance to shows , Buckingham Palace etc. Staff very friendly and helpful assisted with printing documents. The Restaurant food is excellent and well priced for the area great to grab a quick dinner before a show
My husband I very much loved staying here. It was close to everything we wanted to see, restaurants, stores, and places to do things. Everyone there was very helpful if we needed anything; the food and bar were both excellent, and the room was perfect and cleaned everyday it was an amazing experience. Rooms: I personally loved the showers but everything was incredible Walkability: Shot distance from Buckingham palace, the London eye, westminster abby, and many restaurants and bars. Food & drinks: We had breakfast there and the food was delicious as we're the drinks we had at the bar. The service that came with it was amazing as well
A very nice hotel in the heart of London perfect commute to pretty much anywhere. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is kept perfectly clean. Hotel gym even has fresh fruit and lemon water available 24/7. My floor 8 was clearly refubrished a couple of years ago, and all the furniture and caperts were in a mint shape. Bed was super comfortable. Only the bathroom appliances were a little dated scratches, lacking bits of plastic here and there, wobbly hangers. But they were perfectly clean and fresh, so I'll make it a full 5-star review
I booked a twin room for myself and my Mom. The room was fine but the twin beds were terrible. They were uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved or got up. The bathroom sink had a huge crack and didn't drain properly. It needed some TLC....bath with shower which was impossible for my Mom to get in and out of. Much prefer a walk in shower. The breakfast was great but not included in the room rate. The small bar in the foyer was nice and had some good snack items.
The hotel was just great. On 9/27/24 we were leaving for a tour from there but we overslept. We were panicked but the hotel manager and his staff were exceedingly accommodating. They helped us get a breakfast-to-go and really calmed us down. Needless to say we made it to the tour and were very happy with their service. Thanks again!Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here for 4 nights in Sept 2024 and our stay was very pleasant. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists. Pros: 1. Amazing location. Hotel is right next to Victoria Terminal Station and tube station which makes it pretty convenient to travel to most parts of London. Quite a number of big tourist locations such as Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Downing Street, South Kensington are within 30-40 min of Walk. Quite a number of tour operators to Cotswald, Stonhenge, Bath etc have stops within 5-10 min of walk from this hotel. Plenty of nearby dining options. 2. Staff is very helpful: We arrived at the hotel around 10am and staff attended us well despite they were busy. We couldn't check-n immediately because our rooms were not ready. We decided to walk around the city for the day and staff happily stored our bags, Special shout out to Durga who is new to the team but very professional and cheerful. 3. Breakfast: Breakfast buffet offered here is pretty good and should satisfy requirements of most people. They also have an A La Carte menu for breakfast. Improvements: 1. In room dining service definitely has room for improvement. For a couple of nights, we were tired and thus decided to order in-room dining. We went for margherita pizza as an easy option but were disappointed. Mostly bread, hardly any cheese and very less sauce. For a service charge of 20%if I remember correctly, food was not up to the mark. We were tired after a long day, so we decided to just have whatever was delivered and not worth to complain and wait.
Very comfortable hotel. This quality restaurant and very convenient for major tourist spots and onwards travel. Would use again.Rooms: 5/5
Aside from the location, there isn’t much good things to say about this hotel. To start, the 3rd bed they provide is a very worn bed with springs that collapse upon laying on it. This is nothing but a back killer. The room itself is such a small room that you barely can move around it. The price they charge is insanely high at more than €500. When we first arrived, the AC wasn’t working. It took many tries before we got it going. Not sure exactly what was done. We did have to call many staffs to look into it. During the booking, it was stated on their site that it included breakfast. To our surprise, we were told it wasn’t part of the deal. Be prepare to pay extra for it. Another unpleasant experience. There are many things the hotel could improve on. I am had stayed at many other Hilton branded hotels with much better experience and paid a lot less. The price they charge is definitely not worth the money. I recommend take your business somewhere.
We loved this hotel! The room was wonderful, the food was yummy, and the staff was fantastic!! They were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed being there!!Rooms: 5/5
