Had a great experience staying at the Taj! Very kind and helpful staff, clean room with nice coffee station, and good location for seeing many spectacular sights in London. Very walkable location and quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future.Rooms: 5/5
First stay in London and this place is in a great location close to Buckingham Palace among other things. Service here was excellent from the start and my wife and I felt almost like honored guests. Food service was great and the wait staff were quick and attentive.Rooms: 5/5
St James Court in London is a luxurious and a very well located hotel in the city. Check in was quick, though our rooms were not ready until 4 pm. We were told the hotel was fully occupied. The rooms are typically sized for London. But the rooms have been recently renovated and the bathrooms are plush too. The hotel has a fantastic spa and wet areas and gym. We loved it. The central atrium of the hotel is it's highlight. Breakfast was spot on. Probably the best breakfast in London. Wide variety of options. The staff at the hotel stand out for being very friendly . We have found our favourite hotel in London
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hotel Taj London, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel so special. The hospitality was impeccable, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the surprise birthday celebration they arranged—it was beyond magical! Every detail was carefully thought out, making the day truly unforgettable. A special thanks to the wonderful team at Th@51 for their exceptional service, and a heartfelt thank you to Febrila for going above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and are so grateful for such a memorable experience! Food & drinks: I had the pleasure of dining at TH@51, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The food was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection, with every dish showcasing a wonderful blend of creativity and taste. The presentation was stunning, and the service was just as excellent. Each bite was a delight, making the meal truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for such a flavoursome and unforgettable dining experience!
I had an exceptional experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the exquisite dining options available, with a wide variety of delicious meals to choose from. The location was also perfect, conveniently close to iconic attractions like Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.
This is such a beautiful hotel at great location. The service is incredible and the restaurant is just divine. We had an amazing few days. The service is top notch! Highly recommended. The proximity to all key landmarks is great. Rooms: The rooms are stunning with great view.
Really great experience, from Geetika the receptionist to the lavish room and the amazing on-premise spa. Nothing like leaving your room in a robe and slippers to then enjoy a dry sauna, wet sauna and amazing massage Thanks Liliana! just a few floors down. Highly recommended for central London.Rooms: 5/5
This hotel was for our trip to the Bears game. It was a very lovely, and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful for the whole trip. The room was perfect and the included breakfast was out of this world. It made our first trip to London a very memorable experience.Rooms: 5/5
I had an absolutely devastating experience at St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel in London. After enduring a grueling 14-hour flight, I was exhausted and eager to get some rest. I had booked my room well in advance and was informed that check-in was at 3 pm. However, when I finally arrived at 5 pm, I was shocked to be told that my room still wasn't ready and that I would have to wait another three hours. This is completely unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for their guests' time and comfort. The service was nothing short of terrible. The staff was unapologetic and seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience they were causing. After such a long journey, the last thing anyone wants is to deal with a disorganized hotel that doesn’t care about its guests. If you're planning a trip to London, do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. There are far better options, like the JW Marriott or the Ritz Hotel, where you can expect top-notch service and a far more pleasant experience. Avoid St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel if you want a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel offers a luxurious experience with its blend of Victorian charm and modern amenities. Its central location near Buckingham Palace and major attractions is ideal. Spacious rooms and impeccable service further enhance the stay. While it's on the pricier side, guests appreciate the elegant atmosphere and personalized attention. If you're seeking a classic London stay with a touch of Indian hospitality, this hotel is a great choice.
