It was our first time staying here and I can’t rave about it enough. Everything was spectacular. I mean, the food was good. The coffee was delicious. The desserts was delicious. The hot chocolate was delicious. The service was up to par. Everything was absolutely outstanding, and I will definitely be coming back. We were staying in a penthouse suite, and it was phenomenal I highly recommend it. It is very upscale, very classy very elegant and the staff is absolutely amazing. It’s only five minutes from the train station if you decide to walk
The staff were outstanding, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, offering a perfect retreat. We had the pleasure of staying in a penthouse suite, which exceeded our expectations. The food was exquisite, beautifully presented, and delicious. Thank you for making our stay truly memorable!
Extremely disappointing day spa.nA friend and I paid just over £150 for to visit the spa as a treat as she was visiting me from New Zealand.nnFrom the moment we walked in, we felt like an inconvenience. After we got changed we discovered the steam room was out of order - they had called the day before to confirm the time but had neglected to mention this.nnThe pool was nice albeit very cold. We had to ask for towels as they were not given upon arrival. After using the sauna we then discovered that they do not provide water well they do but you must bring your own water bottle?!, surely this is a health and safety issue!nnAfter our massages we went to spend time in the relaxation room thinking we would have a herbal tea - yet there was barely any hot water, they had not bothered to top up the thermos.nnOverall we were both very disappointed and would not recommend this spa to anyone.nI have been to better run and more pleasant council spas for a fraction of the cost.
Hotel staff was top tier! They decorated pur room for my friends birthday. Which made our stay extra special. They went about and beyond to make us feel welcome. Room was very spacious and love the size of the bathroom.
Spa day at Chelsea HarbournPros: Light lunch is excellent and good value. Location is nice. Massages & treatments really good. Nice swimming pool.nCons: Not enough pool beds for the number of people of spa day guest perhaps 8 beds for 12 people in the morning, with more people arriving in afternoon.nSauna and steam rooms are separate for male & female which is not ideal for a couple who want to spend the day together. This isn't advertised well in the spa advert.nThe sauna and steam room are in each respective toilet/shower area, and so it's very very warm when using the facilities! Not pleasant.nThere is a relaxation room at the top floor where treatments are, but we didn't know about this until 4pm when we had our treatments.nnOverall, some good aspects but for the price we wouldn't come again.
