Stayed for the night for work.. faultless. Staff were brilliant, friendly, polite and professional. Food was really good too.nAll you want when working away is somewhere decent to get fed and to sleep. Certainly ticked both of these boxes.nThank you.
Booked premier inn because my experience with the chain has been consistently good. This location however is run down and I didn’t want to touch things in the room because it felt grubby. There was a constant noise which sounded like a printer. Anytime I saw staff they were smoking or vaping on the terrace. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
I’ve had a really good stay, staff have been really helpful and welcoming. The food has been beautiful, the service great the room also really good and I slept great. Even the internet was good; ideal location for my needs and I’ll definitely book again. Thank you all!!
Stayed in this hotel as doing the London to Brighton bike ride and location was convenient. The hotel was clean and the staff can't do enough to help, first class, especially Nabin who arranged an early breakfast as I was departing at 545am. The rooms were quiet and everything well maintained. I will be sure to stay again.
Just had a really good 2 night stay here. The best thing about it was the customer service and the lovely team members. Every encounter was pleasurable...such a lovely bunch. Now I know I am going to get the names wrong because I have an awful memory but special thanks go to the receptionist with the sparkly nails sorry didn't catch your name, Naveem and Binab.nThe rooms were clean, beds comfy, there were some decorative bits that could be better but what hotel doesn't have them.nThe breakfast is really good. It's a buffet and everything was fresh. If you need anything they will get it for you. The food is of good quality too.nLocation was great for us as it's only a short cab ride away from Wimbledon Tennis £19.nThe hotel is accessible for wheelchairs/Scooters via a lift.nCheckout 12 noon.nnThere was nothing to dislike.nnWell done to the team, others could learn from you.
