Great location, next to Southside Shopping Centre, 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town, and adequate bus links to wider areas directly from Garrett Lane.nnRoom isn’t up to the normal standard of Premier Inn, we found black hairs both myself and my partner have light hair in the bathroom, the toilet has a stained crack in the bowl, the bathroom wall is cracked and the bedsheets were stained.nnThe reception is left unmanned for long periods of time, and the air con in the room wasn’t working, despite being winter it was too warm to sleep comfortably.nnI feel this hotel doesn’t meet the usual standards of the brand, which is a shame as the location is great.nnI also noticed fire doors in the public hallways were left open rather than kept shut.
We came for one night yesterday me and my kids. We usually stay at Battersea premier inn but was fully booked. So we stayed here for the first time. I used to live in the area so know it pretty well.
Issues with heating and TV not working. Staff were able to move us and room was ok. Building work currently ongoing but not disruptive of sleep. Needs a bit of TLC.
We as a family always stay in premier inn and never had this bad experience ever. The hotel is run down now. I don't think our room's floor was vaccumed before we checked in. There was mud on the floor which we had to pick up with tissue and next day we told at reception to clean the room andd went out. When we came back the room wasn't clean. We have 2 year old in nappies so the bins were full with nappies and other stuff. I went to reception and got told there is no housekeeping staff now and the lady at reception just gave me 2 towels and bin bags. So had to change the bins by myself. She told me to leave the dirty bin bags outside the room. The extracter fan wasn't working. The room stank so bad. People had left left dirty stuff outside there rooms. Dirty hotel
Would just like to say that I’ve stayed here for 3 nights with my 2 young children and Leo was by far the best service we had received he was ensuring everyone’s needs were met and was very helpful and kind! He definitely deserves a promotion
