The reception team is brilliant! Especially Mario, who was VERY helpful and attentive! The car park had a fantastic promotion, £10 only donation to charity! The clothes iron could have been cleaned. Overall, would definitely recommend it! Excellent location too!
I don't understand why this hotel has positive reviews. Trust me, this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We paid £357 for three nights, and the room was awful. We didn't even have access to Wi-Fi in our room, and when we complained, nothing was done about it. There was mold and ugly cracks on the windows and curtains. What shocked me the most was the toilet bowl, which looked extremely dirty with brown, sticky substances stuck inside. We didn't even have a toilet brush to clean it after use. There were many things we were unhappy with, including the very dirty surroundings and an entrance that was full of dirt. Our stay was terrible, and I don't recommend this hotel at all. The room had a foul smell, and the heaters weren't working properly.
I had a good stay at Putney Bridge. The connectivity is a major advantage, with easy access to the ferry, the Putney Underground Tube Station although not accessible for wheelchairs and buggies, Putney National Rail, and a bus stop just steps away.nnThe family room was comfortable, though there was no oven in the room. The staff were helpful and always ready to guide us.nnThe tap water in the bathroom was drinkable, as is common in the UK. However, it’s always good to confirm the availability of safe drinking water.nnOverall, I’d rate the stay 4/5.
Great location, underground and bus stop right next door. I was given 6 floor, good views. I would stay again.nStaff are friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable, air conditioning available.nI went to the restaurant twice for evening meals. Food was nice. The only problemnI had was not being able to pay by card in the restaurant for some reason. I would recommend taking some cash with you in case you have the same issues.
When you first see the building you will ask yourself why you booked it. It could use a renovation. Rooms are fine and spacious. Beds are smaller but very comfortable. Location is excellent.
