We had a great stay with my girlfriend. The place is close to London overground metro 7-8 min walking. So you can reach anywhere in London. Not expensive compared to central hotels. Rooms are fine. Service is fast, they came and fixed the heating. You can leave your stuff after checkout which is what we did and they put them to a safe locked room which is only opened with guidance of desk staff. One and only problem is the pancake machine. They should make pancakes in the kitchen since there is always queue and they don’t taste good.
The place was very nice, busy places with lots of places to shop for food and clothing as well as things to bring home from your trip, the breakfast buffet was wonderful, it gets a bit repetitive but everything tastes amazing. One downside is that the rooms are very small, at least the one I was in I was with 3 other people and honestly I don’t know how we fit into that small space. I recommend only 2 people per room unless you get one of the few bigger ones. Also beware of the train and others bathrooms sounding at night, bring earplugs.
This was such an amazing stay. I can't fault a single thing. First the location, it is in the middle of Hammersmith about a ten minutes walk to the Apollo theatre, with food, shops and bars very local to you. There is on site parking that cost around £25 per day which is an absolute bargain for London prices. I recommend paying for parking then taking the train/cab to town to avoid congestion fees and keep costs low for parking, Chinatown for example was £45 for 4 hours, so as you can see, parking here is a steal and there was plenty of it for first come first served. At a weekend, I was pleasantly surprised.nnThe staff on entry were super kind and attentive. I didn't catch your names, but they were all absolutely lovely and really helpful. There is a bar that is open until 2am as part of the hotel, it is quiet but we had a quick drink late one night. They are just so attentive and kind. One gentleman in particular was incredible, when our drinks were missing lemon slices, he supplemented elsewhere which was above and beyond what was expected because it was on us for having a late drink. It was lovely.nnI stayed in an accessible room and usually those rooms in many hotels are left neglected and run down, the forgotten spaces but not here at all. The room was beautiful. A really lovely room, the curtains were total black out too. Everything worked perfect with iron and board, hair dryer, TV etc. They even have firm and soft pillows to choose from. The bed was comfy. The room was very very clean too. But the wet room for the accessible space was beautiful, it looked brand new honestly and I was really surprised to see the brand Dove as their shampoo etc supply, rather than the questionable cheaper alternatives in some hotels. A really lovely room.nnBreakfast in the morning was fine, it was hot bap with sausages, bacon, scrambled egg etc. of course don't expect a 5 star meal, but it was tasty and more than enough to get your day started.nnI will absolutely be happy to stay here again. A joy to be here. Thank you so much to all staff who made it amazing, as I don't get out much at all.
The room was really in need of renovation. The curtains and carpet had so many stains. The tiles in the bathroom were all lose and you can see that the grout was missing on most and when you walked on them, they would shift. The toilet seat as you can see, was not sitting correctly so it was also shifted when you sat on it. The worst part was the shower. When taking a shower, the water will all of a sudden get super hot all on its own. You can get burned this way especially for children. Then it will go back to normal again on its own. The staff were OK. Not overly friendly. I asked for directions how to get to the tube and they just provided me with a tube map and said I should check Google. The breakfast area was overrun. There was not enough staff to clean up from guest who were finished. The location was really good but for the price paid, it is not a place I would stay here again next time I am in town for business.
My wife and I had a rest the other day. We spent the night at the hotel on the recommendation of a friend. The hotel is wonderful, cozy, clean rooms, it was very warm and comfortable. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. We will recommend to friends and acquaintances. Thank you, you are a great team.
