Very good staff ; the rooms were clean and adequate or good for a British seaside hotel. Again , for an English sea side hotel, the food was good and the service very good. There was entertain ment on some night who all looked awful as they arrived but were surprisingly good: singing and light comedy acts. Our room suffered from noise when floors above used the shower .....I suspect the upper floors, above our floor 2 , needed some form of hot water pump which was very noisy. The lift is very small , but at least they had one Everywhere was very clean and the staff pleasant and efficient. The rooms were clean ,kept clean and adequately sized and furnished

Nice decor bedroom clean , water pressure in hand basin taps poor , service excellent evening meals a bit mediocre , breakfast good waitress excellent .

Fantastic little hotel. I went for a few nights as a small summer break with my wife and daughter (age 10). The staff were all really friendly and happy to accommodate anything we needed. They genuinely seemed to care that we had a great stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for variety over a few days. The cleanliness of the hotel was also good during our stay. We as a family can be quite critical at times but found this hotel faultless for what it is.

Not a place for disabled people, there is no ramp to entrance, stairs galore with a tiny lift to all floors, beds are very comfortable, food is very good and staff are friendly
