Great toy shop. The staff were all very helpful to any questions that we asked of them. The store is very clean and well managed. Excellent range of toys. They even have a ten pounds or less section if you don’t wish to spend that much money. Glad we went in the end. Got a nice little police car
We went in to buy a pram and the lad behind the till was really helpful with helping me find the one I wanted and even built it for me in store. I didn’t feel like I was inconveniencing him and he was really calm in building it too which I wouldn’t have been Thank you!
I did not have a good experience here at all. My freinds and I came in to browse the Lego section when we noticed that a member of staff was giving us dirty looks and keeping an eye on us. We believe this was because we are teenagers. My friends and I felt uncomfortable and pushed out of the store. Disgraceful
Great choice of toys, games, funko pops! and the like! The only downside to this store is one of the staff members has a seriously bad hygiene problem and it stinks! Smelt it on numerous occasions now and it puts us off entering the store!
Great toy shop. The staff were all very helpful to any questions/ The store is very clean and well managed. Excellent range of toys. I wished to be child again. You can also find cheap clearance items. Unfortunately the cost of the toys I bought were different at the till. However staff helped and solved the problem.
2nd August 2022 We made a visit to the Smyths Toys store in Horwich to buy a birthday present for my nephew.We had a good look around and finally decided to purchase the electric car Senna McLaren 12V Electric Ride On with Remote Control Priced at £249.99 was a quick easy purchase staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. We got home was ready to set it up has it all comes in parts, we notice there was a crack hole were the brakes be it was manufacturer fault i think anyways i rang the store for exchange John was so lovely over the phone and said bring it in well get it changed straight away We went to the store by evening and the till staff called the manager his come over spoke to us and his brought another package put of it as going through the process of.exchangeing the manager asked what nephew liked Andy partner just said he loves cocomelon! The manager gave us Cocomelon learning JJ doll for my nephew and for us having to make grip back to store John is absolutely amazing manager and great at what he does he surely knows how to keep customers happy with his outstanding customers service he deffo deserves the position as manager I left with a very big smile on my face and when I got the smile only nephews face was truly unreal he was so happy!! He was more happy seeing the doll than the car.
I love Smith toy super store because all the staff were soooooo kind and the toy I got for my bro he is 4 and the toy did not break for 4 or 5 years it was a car with a remote and now it is in charity. I would recommend you to get thing from there because the price is so low and the toy are made really good really really good qualitie for the toys

My mum and son visited the Bolton store today. Mum was in a wheelchair, and a member of staff by the name Nathaniel went above and beyond to help them with their shopping in-store. He's a credit to your company, we will definitely visit your Bolton store again. Many thanks Nathaniel
Bought the Globber One 125 kick scooter. My daughter love s her scooters, as do I . Great product and good that you can take them for a test before you buy.
