Sales Staff at the Bolton store very helpful, however, after sales service is a disgrace and I will never purchase anything else from Harvey's or recommend them to anyone else. After only 2 weeks of having my new sofa the back cushions were looking shabby due to lack of stuffing, I complained and they sent someone out to look at it. I was informed that the stuffing is done by weight and after weighing all back cushions said they complied with manufacturers specifications, so basically tough. I purchased some filling and filled them myself cost me £15 and an hour of my time, great customer service Harvey's NOT. All I can say is go "Stuff" yourself Harvey's.

Feel really let down by this "furniture store" it's extremely professional until they have your money. Then it's a ridiculous back street dodgy dealer feel to everything. We ordered our sofa, dress pillows and footstool in November with the promise of a Christmas delivery. NEVER HAPPENED. Promised us the 1st week of January, so we had our old furniture removed on the 9th. Sofa did not arrive until the 25th January, left us without a sofa for 2 weeks. We were also sold the sofa and footstool in the sale, with the promise that it was the lowest price they would ever be. After checking the new sale, they are half the price we paid. I can't imagine how angry you would be if you had paid the original FULL price. The dressing pillows were "delivered to store" we had the choice of collecting them (even though we paid for delivery) or a store employee dropping them off. The store employee was polite when he came to drop them off, but they were in no plastic wrapping or anything and quite blatantly exdisplay even though we paid full price for new pillows. Really disappointed with the awful dodgy dealings going on in this chain and the lies on top of lies that they give. Awful company and I wish we had never gotten involved with them. I would avoid at all costs and go to a more reputable retailer.

Great satisfaction great service would recommend this store to anyone no hassle from staff let you browse without some assistant following you all over store if visiting this store look out for Gilling she knows all about selling furniture very polite in my opinion salesperson of the year

Wouldn't even rate this a one star! Customer service is absolutely shocking worst I have EVER experienced!! ordered a dining room table which said 3-4 weeks delivery, it is not the 10th week and still not received the item. It is excuse after excuse with this company. Spoke to the customer service team (Michelle) who was so rude and fake, following that phone call I spoke to a manager who wasn't a help at all! Was then told it would be here Friday 11th November then received a phone call saying there is another week delay! Again with another stupid excuse! Would never ever order from this company again and wouldn't in a million years recommend this to anyone! Pathetic excuse for a company! Oh and sent me a cheque in the wrong name aswell so still waiting on the correct one, again shocking service!!
