Absolutely terrible service here. We brought our dog in on a Sunday when they were open. They refused to see him and were very rude. We just wanted them to have a look at his injured leg for two minutes. They said they were unable to. It's amazing the receptionist here is even employed as she clearly does not care about animals at all. We are registered with Pets At Home Veterinary care but we will no longer be using this service. Atrocious business, avoid at all costs.

Have not bought bird seed from here for 8 months, since we had a moth infestation at home, which came from seed purchased here. I picked up some sand today and noticed that there were pantry moths flying around the wild bird seed area. I spoke to a member of staff about this and as horrified to find that they are aware of this as an ongoing problem. It has taken 7 months of being constantly vigilant to clear these moths from the house, during which time we've had to buy lots of tubs to store our dried goods as these moths will lay eggs in any dried goods. I will never buy seed here again. Knowing that they are aware that every customer could potentially take home an infestation is an absolute disgrace.

Just been in to buy a frozen weaner rat for my snake, when handed the rat it was already defrost so I questioned this as normally I buy them frozen, the response I got was 'the freezer door has been left open, so it's cause it to defrost', not knowing nor the staff knowinghow long it's been defrosted for I obviously refused to buy it but the staff should definitely not be selling these products as they could be fatal if fed... as I've previously learnt from my mistake....
