Got a good deal on a mattress that suits us completely. Delivery as of is absolutely disgusting. Been scheduled for delivery for 2 weeks at our new address for 2pm-4pm This morning I received a call from deans delivery team that the delivery would now be 8:45am to 10:30am so I’ve cancelled all my mornings self employed jobs to make sure I’m home and I’ve now been told delivery is back to 2pm-4pm. What a complete joke! I’ve rang to cancel the mattress out of principal…. Waiting for cancellation team to call me!! Looks like I’m off to there competitors Bensons. Thanks for the mess about dreams!!
Where do I start I have had nothing but trouble with this company, STAY WELL CLEAR! Once they take your money they are not interested, spend your money elsewhere

Awesome service. Went in with the intention to purchase a new mattress and was completely taken care of by the very friendly and knowledgeable Sam. We used the Sleepmatch to find out what our firmness needs were and then Sam showed us several different mattress types so we could find out what was best for us - he spent a lot of time with us which we hugely appreciated. We made our purchase and confirmed an extremely speedy delivery date. Not pushy, no trying to rush us, no shady salesman patter. Just honest good service to help us make an informed decision. : Thanks!
I got a bed around 7 years ago. They sold me 8 year manufacturers warenty. The bed just recently broke due to the side panel collapsing. I was told that if I dismantle due to moving house then they will more than likely put the break down to accidently damage, voiding my warenty. After ringing multiple times to talk to them, they refuse to answer. Meaning I am left with no bed and an ignored waranty......
From the moment we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly smile and a 'hello' which was very warm and inviting. Sam who served us, even had great banter and asked "Have you come for a lie down?" which we both instantly liked. He showed us the Sleepmaster machine as we were unsure of which mattress would be right for us and he wanted to be as accurate as possible. The machine was fantastic and when the analysis had finished, Sam offered us a bottle of water each and offered to help us find the right product for us armed with the results from the sleep analysis findings. Nothing was too much trouble, Sam was very informative on all the products we tried and we did not at any point feel pressured to buy anything, he was genuinely only interested in matching us up with the correct product for us. When we mentioned we had neck and shoulder pain, he went out of his way to even match us with the correct pillows, which i am happy to inform you that after just two nights using them have made a massive improvement for myself and my wife. The whole experience was faultless and we also felt safe and happy when in store and trying the varying products.
Big, clean and the staff were very helpful but the place is rediculously priced. Ask what they have from last years ranges or in the back for a real deal, the stuff on the shop floor is cash over brains bait.
The in store experience was fantastic. The post-purchase experience has been the opposite of that. I am still waiting for my mattress delivery, a mattress that I was told there was plenty of in stock, and the delivery has been pushed back three times in almost three weeks because they don't have it in stock. What's worse is their distribution centre only tell you the night before delivery, which isn't at all helpful if you've planned your working day around the delivery and it is cancelled last minute. Trying to call their office was a dead end, as it constantly rings. I left voicemails that nobody returned. The online help chat isn't helpful. So disappointing. I am still without the mattress and as somebody who has just moved into an unfurnished flat and was promised a mattress before I moved they knew my circumstances, I am not happy. *Update 19/09/2020 Over three weeks late and one reorder later, I finally have my mattress. The delivery driver never called me to confirm that it was coming, so I had to chase it up myself. He said he would be an hour late. Then I called again and he said he's very close. Two and a half hours go by without hearing anything. Then the mattress arrives. I live on the second floor on my own, and I'm not exactly strong but the two deliverers had me carry the mattress up two flights of stairs by myself when the mattress packaging has a very clear label saying "Two person carry" so I ended up pulling a muscle trying to get it up the stairs. And because it was sat in a delivery van, I ended up covered in filth. I understand that covid means delivery drivers can't enter a home, but the least they could have done was to drop it off outside my door, not at the bottom of the stairs because they can't be bothered to take it up. Overall, this has been a nightmare experience.
