The lady on customer service was so disinterested in her job. Raised her eyebrows in disgust with regards to customer she was serving. Though my product was changed if had to take anything back to this store in the future I would not bother if it was the same lady. Definitely poor customer relation skills and needs more training

Clean changing rooms clean & clear of unwanted clothes, clothes all hanging on their hangers in the store very tidy good variety of styles and colours well impressed plenty of staff on call, no waiting to clear & pay for goods . Toilets in store spotless

The meat from this store isnt fit to feed to a dog. Id love to see the manager of this store use it to cook his own sunday lunch, he'd soon change his suppliers.

Normally a good store but went in for some trousers yesterday and couldn't try them on because the changing room was shut, understaffed apparently. Decided to buy them and try them on in the toilet so if they didn't fit I could change them straight away and what a mistake that was! Went in one cubicle and the door opened outwards and people could see through the gap and there was urine all over the seat grabbed the door handle and it was wet so can only assume that was urine as no one washes their hand before they use the toilet. Washed my hands went into next cubicle and the lock was broken so went in the next cubicle urine all over the seat and floor and the tissue despenser had tissue in it but you couldn't grab it. Utterly disgusting behaviour from people using the toilets but not maintained and cleaned by staff (probably understaffed) and broken fixtures and fittings. Didn't bother trying them on got home tried them on and they don't fit so back to the store today as I need them tomorrow, all because the changing room was closed.

As a customer of Asda's for years, I shop with Asda's across Bolton, and when staff ( female ) flirt with a sixty year old man, and male staff I find to be rude and full of attitude when I speak to them in horwich says the lot about the team.
