HOLLY did our Sale at Middlebrook,Can't praise her enough. Helping us to choose the perfect one for a family with a dog.Explained all about the materials and what sofa would we best for us. She had so much patience waiting for us to decide on colour cushions and sizes. So friendly and not at all pushy, just very helpful.

This company is absolutley shocking!!..i was trying to ring the store at middlebrook (bolton) for 3 days straight from morning till early evening and not one person answered!!!..when i eventually got to speak to someone they could not give a monkeys toss!!..i am now still waiting for my sofa 16 weeks later!! They dont tell you that when your in the store spending your hard earned cash!!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! They are a complete waste of time n money..and not one of their employees gives a toss if your happy or not. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

My daughter ordered carpets and laminate in the sale today which she had a price for a week ago. So we asked about the Easter offer of DOUBLE DISCOUNT as we had the original price !! We were told that it is only on a couple of the carpets not everything like the advert says. WHAT A CON!!!

Still waiting for the return of a deposit, up to three phone calls so for with them promising me to call me back and saying they will refund the money -10 days and counting

Visited scs about a month ago, the service we received was fantastic! We was treated with respect and everything was explained to us in full. A very friendly guy named Josh (I think) explained everything to us, shown us each product in turn and took the time out to go through colours and choices with us. We was then passed over to the admin staff, they were very professional and knowledgeable. Very thorough and worked everything out to be fitted/delivered around us. Thank you everyone at SCS bolton for making a shopping experience that could have been awful into a fun and easy experience!
