Bought my king bed from a young lady who made me feel at ease & was knowledgable. My bed is really comfy & my cloud pillow is the best!! Thanks again! Definitely recommend bensons at horwich

Bouht bed £525 sed u can change up to 40 nights 2nd phoned they sed gotta keep 40 nights yyyyy i dnt want it but thy then want 10 percent for returns n any damage more they a torsl rip off got trading standsrd they sed products bought on phon or online u av 14days n they cant chsrge its jus a ripoff plus i no invoici which i. Asked n no terms n confitions so they jus robbin an old lady

We placed our order for a new bed and mattress between christmas and new year. When the saleswoman spoke to us she initially told us we would have delivery within "a couple of weeks". We explained we were moving house the first week in January so would need delivery to our new address which she said wouldn't be a problem. We decided to take advantage of the 0% finance offer and paid a 10% deposit. Once this had been taken the saleswoman asked for proof of id which my partner didn't have with her at the time. We feel we should have been told about this before Bensons took the deposit. We arranged to return to the store a few days later with the relevant paperwork. Before we returned to the store we received a txt saying our delivery date was 7/2/18 which was double the expected wait. The saleswoman said she would try to move this forward, which she could not. (Another false promise) We gave her the relevant paperwork and our new address and again stressed we were moving house so our old address needed to be changed on the paperwork. Twice she assured us this had been done! Today should have been our delivery day, you guessed it, Bensons have tried to deliver our bed to our old address. I have given the driver our new address as he said he didnt have it on any of the paperwork and his response was that he had to check if he could still deliver with the office. He couldn't so were still without a bed, all because of staff that seem extremely eager to secure a sale and earn commission. I immediately called the Horwich store with my com[plaint and they asked me for my new address as they didnt have it!!! Waste of space. Told them i wanted the deposit back, they asked me if they could offer us any sort of compensation to keep the order as the said they could sort this out within "a few days". This was refused and when i informed them i would be coming to the store later today for a refund they asked me to stay away for 24 hours to calm down! Customer service at it's finest...NOT Wont be using Bensons again
