Lost my prescription. Also pharmacist was unhelpful and seemed disinterested when I asked for advice regarding my little boy No questions were asked, no warnings about possible symptoms to look out for and did not sign post me to any another device.

I have rung Boots pharmacy thirteen times today and each call has gone unanswered for the full duration until the message that ' they are sorry that there is no one to take the call'. An absolute disgrace.

Love boots regardless but the check out staff are very cold... must hurt to smile. Particularly the staff that have been there a while. The new Christmas staff are a breath of fresh air...

Nice selection of products but the makeup artists (benefit) were awful, first time getting colour matched for foundation and I am cool toned and pale, instead of just saying "all our products are yellow based for warm skin go to No. 7" she proceeded to put makeup on me, tell me it was "my colour" and that I just needed to exfoliate more to have it sit right and look better. Allowed me to buy £60 worth of makeup and walk out of the shop glowing orange. I ended up going to a different boots and was informed that I would have immediately been refered to no. 7 for my skin tone. Mis sold me a product desperate to make a sale. Won't be returning, not when staff treat customers like that.

Friendly staff choice of aftershaves let it down slightly being only place on middlebrook to offer the range has gone down over the years
