Stuart in the showroom was really helpful, and so was the flexible delivery, the delivery lads were too, the sofas wouldn't go through the door in the boxes, so they had to take them out of the boxes to get them in, but only noticed after a couple of days that one of the seating areas has a bad run in it, and as comfy as the sofas are, they already look 6 months old after just 2 weeks.
Genuine good service from Benjamin in the process of ordering our corner sofa. He knew all the suitable styles off by heart when we gave him the very tight measurements we had to abide by. Even ran to grab some display cushions in the colour we have in our living room to help us make a decision between two swatches. Lovely guy, very friendly, and the store was covid secure with all staff in good masks. Always a pleasure to buy from this store, we've been back a few times now. Can't wait for our new sofa to arrive! : Update 6/7: our sofa has arrived and it’s fantastic. The delivery guys were also excellent. Thanks for a great service and product.

Posting on behalf of my parents they ordered and paid for a single chair charged £70 delivery . Chair came wouldn’t take any of the packaging away with them so obviously annoyed at that . To add they hadn’t supplied enough bolts for the chair , given a number to ring but nobody answers . Rang the showroom given the same number where no body answers . Show room ain’t interested so seems like once they got your money they don’t give a dam . Just to show it’s not a fake review invoice 7423007
Sofa came missing a leg, they then re-ordered the part.... but the wrong replacement section came. Three days wasted sitting in for deliveries - would not recommend or use again I originally posted this review on trust pilot but the company had it taken down as a false review - do not order from here!!!
Some good quality items, pricey under normal circumstances but always seem to have some sort of offer on. Sales people in store are a bit pushy but you can always walk away.
Poor customer service, when your goods are delivered damaged.
I will never use this company again and would advise others not to use them. We ordered 2 two seater sofas in August because we were promised faithfully they would be delivered before Xmas, delivery date was 20th December. One week before that date we paid for them in full only to receive an email the following day saying because of brexit they could not deliver till January 17, the people taking our sofas had to cancel the hire van and wait also. They then collected our sofas on Saturday 15th giving us time to clean the carpet. We contacted Oakland to get an idea of what time they would arrive to be told they aren’t coming till 7th of feb they said we should’ve had an emai and a txt. We got neither and now we’re sitting on garden furniture for at least 3 more weeks and that’s only if they deliver on time. Absolutely disgusting service. Never ever use this company.
Great store.. top quality well made Oak furniture. Great choice of Sofas - staff really helpful and informative without chasing you around will deffo be returning to buy more
The staff were so friendly and helpful and made you feel so welcome at the Middlebrook retail park Bolton especially to Ben the assistant manager
