Awful customer service!!! Spent over £2.5k on a sofa here and it was damaged after waiting 10 weeks for delivery plus the delivery man thought it was appropriate to spit shine our new sofa due to pen marks. We visited the store to complain and fobbed off as they provided head office details. No answer for 3 weeks and visited the store again to be told customer services can only deal with it. We received a call from the store saying that there was an issue with our finance - this was a lie as they had lost our finance agreement! Credit to them they ordered a new sofa which we waited another 10 weeks for and when it arrived we signed a new agreement. To rub salt in the wound from a company that promises never to have a sale when we visited the store to sign the new paperwork they had a promotion on which could have saved us over £200 this was never offered or any financial compensation only a leather care kit. I can honestly say if they hadn't lost our paperwork they wouldn't have bothered! I didn't expect this from a company which supposedly prides itself on customer service If I could give it 0 stars I would but to be fair the salesman was good unfortunately the company let him down with the final product & service
