Disgusted in the way the store manager (Jack) spoke to a member of his staff, lovely helpful girl called Natasha. I confronted him later on our visit but all he could say, was " do you know the reason I shouted at her" my reply was "I don't care about the reason, it was very unprofessional of him to shout at her on the shop floor, their is a time & a place to reprimand staff. Power goes to some peoples heads. Totally disgusted & glad I don't bloody work for him. Thank you so much for your knowledge Natasha, you deserve more than working under a manager like him.

Found this place is small, poorly stocked, goods are over priced, and some staff are very arrogant and poorly trained in dealing with the public. Wouldn't shop there in future. Or recommend to anyone to shop there.

Always go there for latest gadgets.. but don't ask the staff for any queries about the products as they don't have a clue or just lie. Bought a smart telly, took my time, asked loads of questions regarding the product as this telly should or at least I was told it would come with a smart remote as per the manufacturer website and a salesman. Long and short of the story, it DIDN'T and they wanted to charge me for one which it got for half the price at John Lewis. Research online about the product you want to purchase and don't bother with the cabbages they call staff.

Lots of free parking outside, the shop itself is ok however if feels like it needs updating a bit, during my last visit some of the shelves were not stocked particularly well
