Bought a phone thinking they would provide at least okay customer service but never got it. I felt like I was selling the product to myself because the kid didn't hav much knowledge or couldn't be arsed to serve me. No up selling, did not feel welcomed even after asking lots of questions but I did my own research anyways before buying a £500 phone. Rubbish customer service at this branch. Go to another or don't buy from this company. Buy from amazon instead.

Dont buy a phone from Carphone Warehouse. My Samsung Galaxy S2 broke after 5 months. They told me to bring it into their store as they had a repair centre on site. After a week with them they sent it to a central repair site. 2 weeks later it was returned with a blurry picture of USB port saying it couldnt be repaired due to water ingress. Its never been near any water. They refused to fix it and provide no further assistance. I dont believe its broken because of water ingress, but reading other reviews it seems like a convenient way for them to get out of their consumer responsibilities. The phone has now been sent to Samsung for a second opinion.
