Marylebone Station

For chiltern railways: Out of 8 ticket machines only two were functional today at London Marylebone, so ticket purchase was at 25% efficiency. The queues were frustratingly long at the machines and ticket offices.. people missed thier trains due to poor management. There's always a ticket inspector on the train and most seats are taken so no doubt the profits are coming thick and fast; might I suggest you invest in electronic payment methods where paper tickets aren't required any more or invest in your infrastructure/customer service. That said the trains are comfortable. Modernise your ticket machines otherwise you can't justify the ridiculous prices of your service.

Wanted a timetable for Birmingham trains, I have a physical disability and didn't have my reading glasses, staff didn't make a attempt to help me. Said to staff member need pocket timetable, could you help, he said take big one instead.

First of all, I missed the train schedule we were booked due to problems with my tickets, as they announced the platform number just 3 minutes prior to train departures, I did not have enough time to rectify it. I try to get the lady attendants to help but was waved away because they were busy. I then went over to the managers office, after waiting for about 10 minutes, a man duly re authorise my ticket for a delay rides. I believe this is not a isolated incidence as they were a few passengers queuing at the enquirer having the same issues. Not well managed.

Absolutely useless staff. I had 10 mins to get my train which there was a platform change which no one new about. Then staff proceed to send me to 4 different platforms. Luckily for a train had broke down so delayed the train. If you don’t know what your doing get a different job 😡
