Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3

Worst experience when boarding. The lady was rude while boarding because of luggage problem! She Insulted Greece! unacceptable! Take care of your personnel there!

The distance from the time I got out from the gate to the time I reach platform 2 in terminal 2&3 was 30 mins. LOL £43 for the round trip tickets . Please see JR rails (Japan) for the price of a ticket for tourist PLEASE!!!!!!

It can be a pain to walk from Heathrow Central to and from the Heathrow Express since the travelators were broken at the various times I used them. Not helped by how unpredictable the lifts are down to the platforms.

Excellent airport. Biggest I've ever been. The signs are clear, if not, there´s personal always willing to help kindly. Nice place to eat, and shop. The transport inside airport is very good, even when you have to take train or buses to reach your terminal. Chargers near to seats, time estimated to gates on screen. Best airport I've been ever. Congrats :)
