Easy to find your way around the station and find your gate. But it is very crowded and they isn’t enough seats. The toilets ain’t the best so I would recommend going somewhere else before you arrive at the station. They are places to buy snacks and drinks.

Coaches from here are always delayed perhaps not entirely the stations fault. But for years their have been no seats whatsoever at a few of the gates which is a nightmare when waiting ages for your delayed coach to arrive. They need to install seats again on gates 9 and 10.
