The toilets are genuinely the worst toilets a human could ever use. The smell makes your eyes water and the toilets are always full of urine all along the floor and there’s stains on every door handle.nnWouldn’t wish those toilets on my worst enemy
The man working the ticket office today at 11 was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful and saved the day. Finding the platform was very stressful and we missed our coach just but found a faster coach that will catch our coach and saved the day.nnThank you

Not a nice image.nnShame on you London victoria coach station no English Pride what so ever.nIt's 2025 and not the 1800s.nnHave seen better and cleaner toilets in India. I would give Half a star if l could. I arrived at Victoria Coach Station at 22:48 for Coach NX422 Gate 4, 23:00 departure. The sign clearly says the gate closes 2 minutes before departure, but it was already locked over 12 minutes early and never opened.nnWhen I asked staff, I was told the gate had closed “2 minutes earlier,” which wasn’t true; I had been waiting in front of it the whole time. Passengers shouldn’t miss their coach when they arrive on time. Please ensure staff follow the posted policy and make clearer announcements.nnThe shameful part they assume as if they are perfect!
