I have been using this Bus station for over 20 years so this review is based on that.nMy most recent visit was February 2026 so let me begin.nFirstly this bus station is a major hub in London for many people who want to travel up and down the country and to all the major airportsnSo it's an extremely well used hub that is paramount for those wishing to travel up and down the countynnEspecially if you want to travel by the cheapest possible means of public transport.nnHowever I do need to now give my honest opinion on Victoria Coach station.nWhomever owns this building the time has come for either a change of location or a total refurb because the coach station when it comes to functionality and cleanliness is an absolute disgracennThe coach station is dirty, it's cold, filthy dirty toilet facilities, often toilets that don't work why you even bother to have a person sitting in the office in the toilets is beyond me because they do absolutely nothing when you need help.nThe station is a health and safety hazard as you have pigeons flying through the station constantly and you can find yourself ducking to avoid colliding with a pigeon.nNot only that the pigeons are walking around on the floor in the bus station landing on chairs defecating everywhere.nOn top of that I'm sure I don't need to explain the amount of disease pigeons carry, salmonella, E coli, avaian influenza which can be harmful to people.nTo sum up Victoria Coach station it's an absolute disgrace and it's like being at a major hub in a third world country.nAbsolutely disgusting and disgraceful and whomever is in charge of the management of this station needs to seriously consider their position.nI urge Victoria bus station management to strongly push for either a change of location or a total refurb.nBecause as a major capital Central hub in the UK in 2026 this is just not acceptable.nThe standards of this station is that of a third world country.
Be careful with your own belongings, specially in waiting area.nStation need to hire more staff and security guards.nThey should provide more sitting chairs and services to the customers.nFew Staff is very helpful, When specifically Coaches are getting delayed due to any kind of issues.
JIM was an amazing person to come across.nnI had booked a coach trip which unfortunately due to a series of events, I missed arrived 2 minutes before departure on Easter weekend. Every other person I encountered was very unhelpful/uninterested in helping. No one plans to be late, staff should consider people may have faced an unforeseen crisis and that kindness goes a long way. Jim helped me make alternative arrangements in a polite and friendly manner.nnMade my day, and made my experience better which would be the sole reason I would consider booking again.
I arrived at Victoria Coach Station at 22:48 for Coach NX422 Gate 4, 23:00 departure. The sign clearly says the gate closes 2 minutes before departure, but it was already locked over 12 minutes early and never opened.nnWhen I asked staff, I was told the gate had closed “2 minutes earlier,” which wasn’t true; I had been waiting in front of it the whole time. Passengers shouldn’t miss their coach when they arrive on time. Please ensure staff follow the posted policy and make clearer announcements.nnThe shameful part they assume as if they are perfect!
Awful place heaving with pigeons and the toilets are miserable the walls are yellow. Uncomfortable 18th century seats and a dirty place overall no disabled toilets and the wait times are stupid. I would give no stars if I could
