London Overground trains to Statford are slow; painfully slow. No wonder they have "good punctuality on paper" when keeping to the timetable only requires an average speed of 13mph. Pull out the sat nav and you will see they only hit speeds of around 20-mph. The Jubilee Line does 40-50mph and takes half the time.

Interchange between the platforms here isn't exactly what I would describe as easy but it's more than possible as the signage directing to them is clear. Lifts are available but they can be fairly old and slow. The toilets on platform 3 are satisfactory at best but are still usable.

The staff here clearly don't like their job and give wrong directions due to excessive poor listening skills. Make sure you know what exit you are taking before arriving as the staff here will have u walking in circles as it pours with rain.

Horrible members of staff, not helpful and barely polite and taking it out on people for one team, and the other one is absolutely loveable. The manager I had to interact with was so abusive I had to make a complaint

they delay the overground with out no reason, and in the end they cancel the overground to Clapham junction, This week overground comes with massive Delays , and always i arrived home and work very late , i think this guys do not take their job seriously, and do not care about people, just care only about their own salaries, “” what their say ?? “”” a bunch of immigrants, They do not count the english ones , they make they suffer “”
