The lift is working but has a pool of liquid on the floor. It never looks or smells clean.However they are usually working. There are a number of benches and there is a small cafeteria.
It was wheelchair accessible, but my god it was difficult. Staff were also not very friendly, with the exception of the assistance agent. It was my first time in a station, I saw two other members of staff while I was looking for the assistance office, and neither of them offered me any assistance. In the end I finally assistance office with the help of a driver who was getting off of another train and then on my own. Wheelchair access at this station is a joke. It needs to be much better than it is. Somebody who is not in an electrical wheelchair would find this very difficult to manage. And somebody in an electrical wheelchair would find it difficult to get onto the train without assistance, which wasn't forthcoming except for one person.
I went on a bus today 226 from Willesden hospital about 14.30pm.nThe bus driver was a girl called DEBBIE she had a beautiful smile, very welcoming and so professional at her job, she helped me with information for onward journey.nIt was so refreshing to see a lady driver, she got off the bus to change drivers at Harlesden, where I got off too, and she still helped me and pointed where to go.nDEBBIE was very smart in her uniform and cheerful, considering she had done a long shift.nI wish there was a lot more Debbie’s working for TFL.nI used to work for 5 years in ticket office agency staff wembley group, so I know how difficult her job is, and I recognise her excellent customer service.nThank you TFL for employing a great asset for you. Well done.
When I went to this station, I found it very complicated. If I didn't have my friends by my side and they didn't know the way, I would definitely have a hard time. Those who read my review will often be first-time users of this station. Please read the directions of your destination carefully, there are also a lot of stairs and very problematic for strollers and wheelchairs. A lady was carrying a stroller in her arms. When I saw him, I couldn't help him because he was already on the last step.
Most Worst station even .nI get on at West Brompton.nAnd train stop at Willesden Junction. for five minutes and then I need to all change at this station and wait for next overground for 15min?nAlso the screen never show the arrive time .You know what ,it mean I wait for this poor overground for half hour,nMan 10PM isn’t a busy working hournIf it is happening at busy hour or often happens,I will totally understandnBut It almost happens every single day is it serious ?nIt take me one hour to West Hampstead ,even bus is more useful.Because it is not busy hour again.nnHonestly I am starting to thinking the only way of this station is make customers more late and break their schedule, proud of you ,you worth it all .
