Kilburn High Road Station is served by the London Overground. This station doesn't have lifts to the platforms only stairs. The ticket hall area is a average size but there is only 3 ticket barriers to go through.
Got stuck on a bus on Kilburn High Road due to road works so got a train to Kensal Green.nNice station, the steps are a bit steep but well kept and love the Overground it is such a good service and TFL look after the stations really well these days.
Whenever I go to Kilburn High Road Station the staff are always on there phones and when you approach them for an enquiry they are very rude and hostile.nThe 2 members of staff are 'Fida' & 'Romain'nWhy are they not sent on a customer service course to improve there customer skills.nThey are a let down to there company.nI spent good money on my rail season ticket every month.nKilburn High Road to Milton Keynes.nI expect a far better level of service.nA very unsatisfied customer.
Extremely helpful member of staff in the booking office. He amended my ticket from West Hampstead to St Albans so I didn't have to buy two singles after I made a mess of buying my ticket from the automatic machine.
Nice little station, you get trains to Euston or the way to Watford Junction but the persons with disabilities can not use as they are stairs and no lifts.
