Would give a lower score if possible. Been in Kingston for 3 years and it’s literally 50/50 chance a platform is shut down or something is wrong
No complaints. Ticket machines work as usual, departure boards show correct information.
Lift was out of service and the staff member refused to help me down the stairs with the buggy as he was “tired” helping others down the same stairs. The audacity of people is mind boggling.
Tried to use an e-ticket here and it wouldn’t work on the machines. I went to the worker by the machines to show him my ticket and he denied it even being a ticket. When then showing him a barcode he proceeded to yell at me and tell me to use the machine which I’d already tried. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a train station or with a worker and I do not recommend using this station at any costs.
Trash station. No indication trains are arriving or departing. Trains are usually diverted on to the Richmond and Strawberry Hill line. Also trains are infrequent And all trains are stopping at every station into London Waterloo. Go to Richmond for a better service.
