Came here for me and my wife's anniversary on the 02/10. We were so happy when the guy at reception upgraded our room to the best view room 817 and also added us a complimentary breakfast! Excellent customer service from him. Sorry forgot to take his name down. The whole experience at this hotel was amazing from the reception staff to waiters/waitress's. This was our second time here and is now our favourite hotel in Glasgow. I cannot recommend this enough!!
Me & my partner came her for our Wedding Anniversary. Upon arrival we were greeted with the biggest smile. The lady on reception also upgraded us to a better room with a view of the city. I would recommend anyone to stay here it’s very close to a lot of Halal places to eat. Walking distance to the city. Plus the staff are always on hand to help and guide you. They really make you feel at home. 100% recommended
We normally book the nearby PI for Hydro visits, but we forgot this time and so glad we did. Staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Last minute booking, PI wanted £165, this was £115, both standard rooms. We came over at lunchtime, and both of us needed to do some work. We'd planned to use the bar area, but the desk / table in the room was big enough for two. Plenty of plug sockets, although none in the wardrobe where the tea & coffee tray was and so needed to be carried over to the far side of the desk as the cable was short too.nOnly other small criticism was that there's no door to/from the car park, meaning a walk right round the building to the main entrance. No biggie when dry & a reasonable temperature, but this is in Glasgow and on the banks of the Clyde nAnd a warning to future guests that the room decor is a little on the eclectic side nA much shorter walk to the Hydro was appreciated. We will be back.
Goods rooms, great view and comfy bed. Buffet brekkie in the morning was well good with a choice of haggis, sausage, bacon, mushroom, tomatoes and scrambled eggs for the hot side which were all delicious. Also option for toast and cold buffet stuff as well plus option to order specialist items made to order like eggs Benedict
Really excellent.nI’ve been to a number of Radisson locations and this one really exceeded the high reputation.nThe “People make Glasgow” is alive and well here because the staff were more than polite and friendly, they were kind and welcoming in a way I’ve honestly not experienced anywhere else.nBreakfast was superb and the sky bar was impressive. I can tell a lot of high standards are maintained to keep it that way.nAll in all i am a very satisfied customer
