First time stay, loved it. Friendly helpful staff, all public areas spotlessly clean. I stayed in room 408. It was spacious, lovely shower room, comfortable bed and quiet. I had a great sleep. I will definitely book again.
Room was fine, bed was however very soft.nWe unfortunately had an unusual amount of issues during our stay, which they did fix fairly efficiently - there was a nasty stain on the bed sheets and the fitted sheet wasn’t set on the bed properly. Housekeeping came quickly to fix it. Our toilet was leaking when we arrived, they fixed it while we were out. Service at breakfast became quite resentful when we asked for eggs 20 minutes before the end of scheduled service.nHotel was very central and conveniently located but I wouldn’t go back if I can choose.
I have stayed a couple times either with a friend or on my own and the staff go out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. I myself work in a hotel and appreciate the effort to which how hard the staff clearly work. Room clean comfortable and modern, location central, good value for money.
Great hotel! The location was perfect for attractions and restaurants. The room was clean daily, always clean. I loved the bar in the lobby where you can get snacks and drinks. The only thing I missed having was a coffee maker instead of instant coffee in the room. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, always great. The coffee machine could be better at breakfast. I didn't enough the coffee that much.
Another fantastic stay at this lovely hotel, the beds are so comfortable the best we’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was very busy when we chose to go but that was no problem for the lovely staff as dishes were replenished constantly. Great selection, catering for everybody. Fourth time I’ve stayed here on our visits to Glasgow, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
