Have stayed a couple times now and loved the service. Room was clean, tidy and spacious enough. Staff are always incredibly helpful and easy to approach. Check in and out was straight forward with no fuss and the location is ideal, right on top of the station and shopping locations. Will definitely be back.
Friendly, talkative and welcoming reception staff, given the offer of a few room choices at check in which was amazing!nnThe haa has an amazing variety of cocktails and drinks. Very friendly staff also!nnWe had booked another hotel which had noise issues and moved to hear at half 8 on a Saturday.nnMy first time here and we will definitely return!
Overall a nice hotel, good price, delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Our room tho had problems with the door mechanism being flakey and the towel rail falling off. Would go back there though.
Great service! Upgraded me from a single room to a beautiful suite with a bigger bed. They have great luggage services, so if you get to the hotel before check in you can leave your luggage while you explore or shop for a bit. The location is good, especially in the christmas time. And the bedding is extremely comfortable.
Lovely hotel near everything you want to see.nThe station and the shopping street are 3 minutes from the motel. Also a good bard. The room is also very good. The only thing that I missed was the English breakfast beans . The people behind the reception are very helpful and kind. I will recommend this motel and i will be back soon.
