I came here for one night for the 30 seconds to mars gig. Great location.. slap bang in the city centre.. the breakfast was superb the next day . Staff were very friendly. The double room i was in was spotless. Almost looked newly refurbished. No complaints at all. Well worth the £90 quid I paid.
The room was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable. The check-in staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. Lukas, the housekeeper, was not only friendly but also incredibly attentive when making up my son's bed. Additionally, the location couldn't have been better - just a two-minute walk to St Enoch shopping centre and approximately 10 minutes from Glasgow central train station.
We stayed 3 nights and had a wee city break, beds were not comfy at all, TV remote unresponsive and whats the deal with having to ask to have Ur room serviced ?? Also one of our friends stayed in the hotel and had to pay for it to be serviced in a Sunday. Like what the hell, worlds gone mad, must be saving mad amounts of money on wages as most people won't be asking for this service and also having to collect your own fresh towels from down stairs. Never passed this saving onto us though. But in a good location. Check my other reviews for things to do and places to eat in Glasgow. I leave Very honest reviews
Stayed over the weekend and was a great hotel, staff was friendly. The self check in was speedy and the rooms were perfect. In a nice little spot too, in the city centre but not slap bang in the centre so not noisy
Great hotel in a wonderfully convenient location! Upon checking in the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The place was very clean and presentable, modern too. It was located right in the city centre, around the corner from the train station which is super useful! Breakfast bar was nice too. I will return again for sure when next up this neck of the woods.
