Typical premier inn, ample parking and usual room style, ours did face a dark industrial car pack so not much to see but other than that was ok. Nice deep bath. Never really seen a receptionist over the two days but the housekeeper was pleasant. The breakfast team was cheery and polite.nNice central location to break up our journey.
Lovely and peaceful, room overlooked main road and I didn't hear any traffic.nNear to where I needed to be, every one was really friendly.nTable Table next door, lovely ladies working there.
We came for my wife’s birthday and was looked after by moreen and Charlene. They were extremely helpful and made our time comforting and enjoyable. Room was very clean and inviting.nThank you very much.

Our experience at Premier Inn Nerston Toll was excellent. Particularly, the reception service upon arrival was great. The young lady Holly that attended to us at the reception was extremely pleasant, very friendly and welcoming. Other members of the team were really lovely people too. The room was clean, and excellent for the price.nnThough, the guy that attended to us at the restaurant for breakfast was kind of very rushy and come across as impolite.nnOverall, I recommend this facility. It is a very good place.
