Stayed from the 4th - 8th May, staff were brilliant! Couldn’t do enough to help with a shout out to Maureen, Chris even though he’s a Celtic fan and Kaitlyn. Let us know about the meal deal’s availability so we made use of that every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of tea and coffee available, would definitely recommend, a warm welcome and great room all you could want
Food was nuked to within an inch of its life.nMain course - Pastry hard as iron on the steak and ale pie, Mash over cooked and drynStarter - Macaroni cheese bite thingys overcooked and pinged around my plate when i tried to cut them.nTired buildings and the furnishings are a disgrace to be fair, worn seating etc. Etc.nTotal refurb needed.nnThe staff were great though, 5 stars
Cheap and cheerful breakfast next door was good. Rooms are a bit run down but clean. Seemed quiet when we were there.
The best things were breakfast and cumfy bed, the worst, no shampoo or conditioner, the shower was like something out of a horror movie. One towel for 2 people. B a s i c. For £70 a night including breakfast it was just about acceptable.
Our experience at Premier Inn Nerston Toll was excellent. Particularly, the reception service upon arrival was great. The young lady Holly that attended to us at the reception was extremely pleasant, very friendly and welcoming. Other members of the team were really lovely people too. The room was clean, and excellent for the price.nnThough, the guy that attended to us at the restaurant for breakfast was kind of very rushy and come across as impolite.nnOverall, I recommend this facility. It is a very good place.
