Wow! This is such a handy place to stay and typical Premier Inn standards. We stayed on Broadway and I was worried that, with our room facing Broadway, that we'd hear the noise from the street...but nothing. Super soundproofed, super comfy beds, clean bathroom...loads of teas and coffees and a great deal on with Block and Burger beneath.... Breakfast was a fill your boots affair...and with veggie options too. The staff were super helpful when our remote control to the tv didn't work, and found us one that did. Loved it and can't wait to go back.
Recently stayed a couple of nights whilst attending Wimbledon. Its ideally located for the tournament especially as its only a ten minute walk to the Championship shuttle bus! All was good but special mention must be given to the staff we encountered. All were so helpful from providing an iron and ironing board to making up a single bed in our room. They were efficient and polite and must be complimented for making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.nnWhat truly made our experience stand out was the amazing staff, especially Alex. She went out of her way multiple times to assist us, ensuring we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcomed. Her kindness and professionalism were exceptional.nnOverall, a great stay with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend.
Great hotel - modern very well designed rooms, clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff, special thanks to Alexandra for her professionalism and willingness to help, making our stay enjoyable!
I think this is my 5th stay at P Inn and the 3rd at Broadway. I arrived on Wednesday. Today's breakfast experience was simply awful. I had to help myself to a clean table, find napkins, fork... there was no fruit salad, no bananas, no croissants. Only white bread. Ah, I had a good double espresso. Staff said they were limited. So was my experience considering the 9.99 I paid in advance! My wife was able to make do with other foods she could pick up.
