My partner and I stayed in this Premier Inn for 2 nights over the weekend for a show we came down to see. The location was great, busy atop just across the road to go anywhere, lots of beautiful walks around and an amazing Italian Cafe about a 10 minute walk which we went for breakfast each morning. The room was very clean and what you expect for a Premier Inn. All staff were very accommodating, from getting us an early check-in, taking rubbish from us as we were on the way out for the day, and also providing us with some herbal tea for my partner who was becoming ill - even though we didn’t have the breakfast package - we really appreciated all the staff members. The whole hotel felt safe as the reception and rooms are a few floors up from the entrance, the car park is really secure and fair pricing for the area. Will definitely be coming back to this location!!! Had a lovely stay :
As a disabled person It's always hard when travelling, especially with a wheelchair and a walking frame and a plethora of other pieces of equipment.nMy brother lives just around the corner so the hotel is incredibly convenient as unfortunately I can't stay with him due to my needs. It's just not practical so this place is great.nThe staff are incredibly polite and obliging allowing me to walk through the restaurant to my room as to save me walking all the way around.nIs it a five-star experience? In terms of what you get for the money?nyes!nbut is it a five-star hotel?.nNo, it's a budget hotel so you have to go into these things with a realistic expectation.nnMy only minor niggle is that the internet is slow and you have to pay £5 a day for premium internet if you want to watch TV.nYou can just about get away with a fire stick on the slower internet but if I was working I'd really struggle with those speeds forcing you to pay the £5.nOther than that, it's a great hotel. The staff were incredibly polite throughout, which is particularly surprising over Christmas.nAs I'm sure they'd rather be anywhere but work.nI know I'd feel the same in their situation, but they weren't. They were polite, obliging it and overall incredibly positive.nnWhen it comes to hotels you get what you pay for and for the money I paid I'm more than satisfied. I'm always sad to leave a Travelodge as I don't currently have an accessible bathroom fingers crossed it'll be happening soon so it's always a bit of a treat for me to have a flat bathroom with plenty of grab rails and a seat. It makes my life so much easier.nnIt would also be nice if the air conditioning stayed on overnight. It tends to turn off, which I would imagine would be incredibly frustrating during the summer months. As someone who sleeps hot even in winter it was slightly annoying for me. Though I did ask just for a blanket cover and they obliged which was absolutely fine.nnSee you in the spring, Travelodge chiswick!
We stayed at the Premier Inn Chiswick in London for four nights and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was comfortable and clean, with fresh towels provided and a hairdryer available. The bathroom was in good condition, and we always had hot water, which was great after long days exploring the city.nnOne downside was that the heating in the room wasn’t working, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. However, on the positive side, the hotel was very quiet, so we were able to rest well without any noise disturbances.nnWe didn’t try the restaurant, so we can’t comment on the food. The location is convenient: it takes about 10–15 minutes to walk to the nearest underground station, and from there it’s around 20 minutes to reach central London. The neighborhood itself is nice and feels safe and family-friendly.nnThe staff were very kind and helpful, although check-in is done through a machine. Also, if you want your room to be cleaned during your stay, you need to inform the staff in advance.nnOverall, a good option for a stay in London, especially if you’re looking for a quiet area with good transport connections.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Premier Inn Chiswick — just me and my 9-year-old daughter. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and we both slept extremely well. The Full Monty breakfast was excellent and outstanding value for money.nnThe staff were kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We had a small issue with our digital key, but it was sorted out quickly and professionally.nnOverall, a great stay — thank you!
The hotel and it's service was good but if you have a car and planning to park in the car park. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL! DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES IN THE CAR!!!During my stay at the hotel 2 nights, 3 cars had their windows smashed to steal items from the cars. One lady had a suitcase stolen from the boot of the car. The carpark is managed by Horizon Parking and they don't take any responsibility for the loss. The carpark however is equipped with CCTV. So it is down to Met police, so don't keep your hopes high about recovery of stolen items. Not staying in this hotel again.
