Lovely room and hotel. The reason for my 4/5 rating is that during the 5 nights I was there, no one came to thoroughly clean the room outside of throw out the trash or change the sheets. The fact that the bed wasn't made each day isn't the end of the world, but it's those small details that make a stay feel cozy.
Great hotel, we felt like at home. Location was perfect, residential area right on the green underground line about 20-25 minutes to zone 1 and also very quiet. The room was cosy and with everything you could ever need. Own kitchen was a big plus. The shower was awesome. The staff were friendly. We couldn’t find anything to complain about. Definitely coming back. Thank you for having us.
The absolute BEST place to stay and hang out in! This place feels like an extension of our home but better. We moved to Chiswick a few months ago and spent a few nights here due to construction work in our house and felt like we were home. Everyone who comes to visit us and wants to be in West London stays here and they are all delighted. The most wonderful staff, perfect location right next to the high street, a few minutes from the tube station. The food at Winnie’s cafe is delicious and the space is beautiful and cosy, we hang out here several times a week. It’s great to work from, meet up with friends and chill with our newborn. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, the whole place is impeccable
The studio was amazing clean tidy . The team members were very helpful all the times with my requests. Everything was very easy no stress from the check in check out, everything what you need to feel like home. Very close to the train station easy and quick access to central London. Thank you Barbara Adriana , Chris for take care all my requests.
Location can't be beaten. Very close to the underground and so many restaurants around it. Quiet neighborhood.. the attention from the girls in the lobby + the Romanian bartender is top notch. They made us feel good about being there.. now the rooms seem not so good for a 3 year young hotel. Cleaning was not done properly so the shower area is moldy black mold. Maintenance also doesn't work well as we asked to change a bulb in the bathroom many times during our 5 days stay. It was very dark and stayed like that as we left. A lamp in the room could not be lit because sometime removed the plug and didn't replace it. I am divided if I would return there again.. maybe because of the location. .
