All staff are very friendly , welcoming and helpful. The Rooms were very practical and functional.nThe location is near to Bus Stop that would take us to the metro lines .nThe neighbourhood has a great vibe and has so many choices of restaurants and cafes .nValue for money considering Geater London is Great value for money .
Nice small Hotel close to tube and buses in a nice area. Staff friendly and helpful. Would be handy if there was a plug neat the beds if your charging phone at night. Good selection at Breakfast. Being Irish would like to see White Pudding included!!
Overall a good experience: 3.5 stars. Stayed here for four nights with family. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are ok and come with tv and wifi. Our kid was happy in getting her own bed instead of a sofa bed.nnLocation is great. Nice neighbourhood. Two tube stations nearby. Even better if you like beer, as there are several good pubs nearby and even more on the beautiful riverside. Fullers brewery is closeby as well.nnBreakfast is worth the price. You get bread with ham and cheese, greek yoghurt with some fruits, eggs, sausages etc. It's not excellent and definitely not on par with breakfasts of nordic hotels, but it's plenty enough to get your day started.nnThe only real complaints I have are about cleanliness. The carpet has some dubious stains. Some old wine gums got stuck to my socks as my feet visited under the bed.nnWould I pick this hotel again? Maybe. It's nothing fancy but there's nothing particularly wrong with it either.
This is a really good find in Chiswick and for the price we have no complaints. The location is very good with a short walk to several tube stations. Even Hammersmith is a short walk away. Rooms are fine, clean with all amenities - TV, WiFi, AC. Breakfast is excellent. Best of all you can park a vehicle there with reservation for a very reasonable price. Deputy manager is very friendly. We'll be back!
Overall clean place. 60 % of the personal are friendly and professional.nnBut the usual morning receptionist male is extremely rude and made me feel discriminated. Despised my food and confiscated it without asking me. Instead of apologising treated me too badly.nnThere are no fridges in the rooms no access to a microwave. Besides I am injured and unable to go to the shops.nMy friends bring food for me from far away places. And I am fasting. I remain in my room whole day.nFor this gentleman remaining in my room was also a fault.nThis outrageous treatment left me speechless. So far no apologies were offered.
