I knew going into this stay that the rooms were efficient, and I had no problem with that. However, the rooms don’t have enough clever storage/organization to make it easy for 2 people to spend 4 days there. We were here on the tail end of a 2 week trip, and since there was very little storage, we spent time every day shuffling our 2 carry-on and 1 checked bags around trying to manage our belongings. We stayed in an accessible room, and the bathroom was filthy. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the room stayed as cool as our American preferences. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. I think I accidentally left a t shirt around towels that got picked up by housekeeping, and the staff went above and beyond to check for it. It wasn’t found, but that’s okay. It was my fault. I appreciated the gesture. Truly, the location literally on top of the Tower Hill station is the best part of this hotel. It was nice to return at night, come out of the underground, and only have a 2 minute walk instead of another 10-20.
An outstanding hotel experience. The rooms are beautifully designed — compact, yet so cleverly arranged that they feel more comfortable and functional than many larger hotel rooms. The blackout blinds and excellent ventilation made for a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was top-quality, with everything feeling fresh and well-prepared. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. I would definitely stay here again — highly recommended.
This is an amazing hotel in an absolutely unbeatable location! Our stay at the citizenM Tower of London was absolutely perfect.nnThe highlight was the incredible view, we could see the Tower of London right from our room window, which was stunning both day and night.nnFor nightlife, the rooftop bar is a must-visit. We enjoyed perfect cocktails upstairs at night while taking in the spectacular panoramic views of the city.nnThe rooms are smart and comfortable, and the proximity to the tube station makes exploring London a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone looking for style, comfort, and an iconic view!
An excellent hotel. Rooms very well designed - small but so well arranged it's actually nicer staying here than in other hotels with larger rooms but where they haven't thought about the design. Blackout blinds and good room ventilation so had an excellent sleep. Breakfast buffet felt very high quality. Staff lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
Pretty good hotel compared to many I've stayed at. Quiet, good soundproofing, comfortable bed, but blankets are way too hot!!! And temp never seemed to go down to 19c. Bring/buy your own lotion if you're dry, the provided lotion is so watery it's almost useless.
