The Ostrich is said to be the 3rd oldest inn in England. Nowadays it features wonky staircases and heavy beams alongside a great atmosphere and fantastic food; whether it a pint and pie or a special occasion.

Story

The Ostrich is open all day every day and serving lunch Monday - Friday 12pm-2.30pm, dinner 6pm-9.30pm. Saturday, food is served 12pm-9.30pm and Sunday lunches are served alongside our a la carte menu Sunday 12pm-9pm

The food was delicious. While the burger itself wasn't the best I've ever had it was pretty good. The chips however, OMG they were perfect! Crunchy on the outside, soft and juicy in the middle. The outside tables are very nice and quiet. Actually the whole pub was really quiet and civilized. If you're more of a introvert like me you'll love this place. Inside it looks stellar, very classy.

beautifully restored old hotel. have been warmly welcomed and explained everything. For a hotel, which is located directly at the airport in a village it was very quiet. We had a room back in the yard and slept very well. Very cozy rooms. The service was perfect. In the evening in the restaurant delicious eaten. the breakfast was perfect and lovingly prepared. we like to come back.

A really nice historic pub with friendly service. Lots of interesting things to see if the decor. The food was very nice, but a little of the expensive side. The drinks are not expensive as well. Worth it for a treat though.

Great remodeled inn! Quick distance from the airport with clean rooms and treat service.

Lovely food and friendly people. Also very near to Heathrow making to a great place to get some rest before or after a flight.
