It was a stressful and uncomfortable experience for my wife, other passengers, and me.nEddie immediately recognized our distress and, without hesitation, stepped in to help. He made every effort to accommodate us by generously offering the staff toilet to me, my wife, and the other passengers in need. This act of genuine kindness and compassion—going well beyond his required duties—made a tremendous difference in an emergency.nEddie's willingness to prioritize customer well-being and offer a simple, critical solution demonstrates true dedication and excellent judgment. A beautiful amazing new underground station which is severed by the Northern line. The station is very clean there is a lift from the ticket hall area to the platforms. Plenty of ticket barriers to use this station is not far from Vauxhall good bus links outside.
This place was incredible! I love the tube and the underground and everything to do with! This station looks lovely! Honestly visit it! The architecture is honestly mind-blowing! I know it's just a tube station but it is so cool! There is a Sainsbury's outside as well! Would 100% recommend!
I visited your station and unfortunately experienced very rude behavior from the staff. I asked for directions, and the person responded as if doing me a favor, raised their voice, and then made loud comments about the situation.nnI hope this is not typical...
