One of my least favourite stations because of the single platform used for travel in both directions, which feels unsettling when empty and frankly dangerous when crowded. Access stairs are not the best in wet weather either, and for your troubles you're treated to the northern line. Best avoided if possible
I don't know if the platforms are safe or not it's only one of 2 left on the tube. Amazing place if you're not afraid.
Busy station coz its like junction of buses underground, overground n train station not far from it. Plenty of shops, eating n drinking places around. This station is served by Northern line. Simple but nice clean station. I like this station coz of its one main platform in middle. U can have amazing view n photos when both trains run together in opposite directions. Clapham Common is not far which is famous for a walk, music events, funfairs, winter wonderland n many more. U can have a beautiful autumn view now a days.
Clapham common station is a very cool looking station due to the island platform and also the area in general is pretty cool and I would recommend a visit here, especially for any photographers as the island platform is unique.
Lovely Station that is never that busy. Nice middle platform with lots of cafe and shops near by before to go to before your journey. It is the best station to go to before heading off for your walk around Clapham Common.
