Have not stepped into a Morrisons since it was called Safeway an eternity ago. Have always just shopped at the two usual suspects.nnI was more than pleasantly surprised shopping here. The shop is spacious and not overwhelmingly crowded. Found some really great deals that I could not get elsewhere.nnIf you want a peaceful supermarket experience then this is the place to visit. Comes with some good deals as well.
I had an upsetting experience at your store when a security guard followed me around and gave me suspicious looks. I felt racially profiled and stereotyped, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It felt as though she wanted me out of the shop, which made the experience even worse. I’m a university student, not a thief, and I pay my taxes. It’s a cost of living crisis—if I didn’t have the money to shop, I wouldn’t be there. While I understand the need for security, it’s important that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their appearance. I hope you can address this issue and ensure a more inclusive and positive experience for all customers.
This store is dying a slow death, very badly stocked, checkouts mostly closed, and under staffed. Product quality of it's bakery products also poor compare to when the store first opened. Now the store is reducing its opening hours which will only accelerate its decline. Carpark is a mess, unsafe, stinks of cannabis, the place appears to attract scumballs from the surrounding areas who use it as their social space.
I will not go to this shop again. It is understandable that this shop has lost customers recently. I recommend that everyone avoids using this shop. I can get reasonable supplies at nearby Marks and Spencer and ASDA. The reasons for this are as follows.nni Parking security.nWhen I parked my car in the Morrisons car park, the front wheels of my car were punctured by criminals. The car park is a dark, pee-pee smelling car park with no lighting and is a hangout for criminals.nnii Dishonesty on the part of shop staff.nWhen my car was punctured, I knew I was going to exceed the time limit of the car park, so I reported it to LISA, the manager, through shop staff and asked her not to incur a fine until a rescue vehicle arrived, but for some reason I ended up receiving a letter home to pay the fine. I then visited the shop four times in about a month and a half, each time asking for an explanation as to why the letter had been sent to me, only for them to say that they had already contacted the car park management company and that it was fine. Then, for some reason, I then received a second fine notice letter, and when I again asked for an explanation as to why the shop had not taken any action, they could not give me a proper explanation.nI have spoken to seven or eight managers and staff at this shop and they are all dishonest and liars, with the exception of the manager, Mr PAVAN.nniii Assortment, etc.nClearly, the freshness of vegetables and other products and the quality of products have deteriorated since six months ago. In addition, there are too many missing items, especially frozen food, and products are very often sealed empty.
The supermarket is pretty huge, and you can literally find anything that you need for your household and your daily basis needs. Displaces locate it really near to the Bang Bang Oriental Foodhall and you will have a free parking lot to shop for two hours. The place is pretty organised and it’s easier for you to locate anything that you need. The start is pretty friendly and it has a free bathroom to use. The price is pretty reasonable, compare Tesco Asda and all other supermarkets in the UK. I will definitely come back here again whenever I come to eat at Bang Bang. If there is access for those who are disabled and it’s easy to reach from the parking lot.
