This is actually a really good branch of Morrisons. It looks really modern, both inside and out, and is very clean and well-maintained.nnIt's really big, and has an impressive selection of products. There is also a cafe in-store, as well as a free customer car park.nnThere are staffed payment tills, as well as plenty of self-service payment tills, so queues are kept fairly short.nnStaff are friendly and helpful, and the shelves are usually well-stocked. The shop can get very busy at times, so I find it more enjoyable to shop here in the evening, when it is much quieter. Overall, it's a good supermarket which is worth visiting.
Cafe is excellent. Great value fish and chips chips are basic, but the delicious golden battered Cod is superb. The batter is nice & golden and crispy. The large portion is very generous. Make sure you get it as soon as it’s been put out for serving. It’s best eaten hot! Lots of other lovely things on the menu too.
Deeply sorry to have to write this. In general the staff are efficient polite and helpful.nMy friend and I frequent the store and then have a brunch in their cafe. Reasonably priced quick fix food.nSadly today one member of staff at the front desk and one behind cooking.nNearing Christmas substantially a lot more diners. Again only 2 members of staff. All the tables unused that had been used were heaving with plates ,cups and cutlery from previous customers. Nobody was at hand to clean up.I personally moved used items to another table and cleaned the table with antibacterial wet wipes of my own. I felt extremely sorry for the one member of staff that was taking orders,serving a backlog of orders and really unhygienicaly taking money as my friend and I paid in cash.nI was absolutely appalled to see how it was totally understaffed.nThe food was cold and underwhelming.The poor girl serving was run off her feet.nApparently no other member of staff was present or on a break to help. Management really need to step up and see that this was not acceptable. This is the festive period with more shoppers .nI would comfortably say and sadly an ideal ground for cross contamination and a public health warning nI would also like to add that I was violently vomiting after having eaten on arriving at home.nThis review is not for the manager to be critical of his staff as they are brilliant rather total lack off staff. I look forward to your reply for this review and hope that improvements be implemented emediately.
Staff rather unhelpful and uninterested to assist , only a few are good. Pharmacy staff are good.nPrices are okay , range of products good. Self service check out on many days have 2 cash till which makes it long to pay and rush out.
Extremely disappointed with Morrisons via Uber Eats!nAlmost every time I order from Morrisons through Uber Eats, there is always something missing. Today I ordered ONLY 3 items and again, one of them was missing. And of course, it was the heaviest item, the main reason I placed the order, because I don’t have a car to carry it myself.nI paid a delivery fee, but I didn’t even receive the item I actually needed. Instead, they delivered the two light products I could easily buy from any local shop. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering online.nI did apply for a refund, but that doesn’t solve the real issue. It’s not just about getting the money back it’s about receiving what you actually order and pay for. This keeps happening and it’s simply not okay.nThis is not acceptable, not professional, and shows no respect for the customer. I am very disappointed and I won’t be ordering from Morrisons anymore.
