My first time at this store and I’ll avoid in future. The manager on the self checkout was polite, friendly and a credit to the store. However two other employees - a young woman with glasses and an older man - really shouldn’t be working in customer service. There was an issue with my order and they handled it badly. If you are rude to your customers and they leave feeling belittled, they won’t return. This is not the standard of customer service that I expect from Waitrose.
They must hire people that aren't able to read an order correctly. I did an Uber orderof which 50% wasn't not found and the other 50% that supposedly was, they sent out 50% of the incorrect items. A literence test seems needed for whoever tried to fulfil the order
Good size. Waitrose always helpful. Only issue is if you want to use a car is where to park.
Wonderful shop, the partners didnt offer to take me to a product and very limited parking space at the front.
My local supermarket with all the products I need and friendly staff, I find it much better than the M&S in front of it.
