I went to Waitrose temple fortune this morning, and I was taken aback by how lovely the customer service was. Especially Mouni, who was lovely and showed me round the oil section, which was essential because I’m just learning how to cook lol ! Her service genuinely made my day and it’s nice that we still have this community feel in this world.
Ruby is the most caring, helpful and efficient employee. Every time I go in she makes sure I have everything I need, goes out of her way to help and makes it a lovely atmosphere to shop in.
Refused to exchange Waitrose own bag for life recycling bags, because I used my bag for too long, and they stopped it assume my type of bag two years ago. If they can make a new bag style every now and then, what is the point of initial promise of exchange?
Betty at Waitrose temple fortune was fantastic. She hugely helped me with a question I had regarding wine for something I was trying to cook. She was very pleasant and did it with a lovely smile on her face. Amazing customer service by Betty - thank you very much for your help.
