I was accused of shoplifting by one of the employees, old Indian man. He pulled my bag and said I stole something and that he had cctv footage of everything. The security guard saw everything and was shocked. I have visited the store before. He rushed towards me and apologised. Please don’t visit this store if you don’t want to ruin your day.
Okay store with an alright selection, but the EVRI printer has been there for years and has NEVER worked. What's the point of it being there when it only misleads senders both in store and on the EVRI site. Would be nice to have it either fixed or removed altogether.
Horrible service with Evri, every single time is something wrong, for more then a year, I have been told they don't let costumers collect parcels after 8pm because 'the sistem doesn't let them', but the true is I did collected parcels after 8pm a few times. This time I came for a parcel and at 3pm the phone they use to scan wasn't charged so I waited 20min to collect my parcel. They keep saying to me as a costumer to came back tomorrow or later, but things doesn't work like that, is a reason I going in a specific day and hour to pick up my parcel, I'm not free 24/7. Just ridiculous and shameless the way this tesco works, this will be my last time coming here, I rather take a bus to go further to pick up a parcel then came back here.
This place is becoming worse and worse, with every time. I don't recommend it to anyone! The prices are higher than in an off-licence store. Lately they removed the option of paying by cash at the self-checkout and just one person stays at the til, who has to serve people and the same time deal with the problems at the self-checkouts. Obviously, they don't do a great job and you have to wait a long time to just pay for the shopping. Many basic items are not available!nAfter today's experience, when a member of staff charged me 6£ instead of 2-ish and I had to come back from home to get my money back, I will definitely not shop at this store anymore. Wasted a lot of time.nBe mindful to check your receipt before leaving the store! Even if you are in a hurry as I was today.
Have been to this Tesco Express it is a nice convenient store and well presented, has all the items one is looking for.nThe only criticism is that they charge that much extra for the same items you would buy in there bigger store!nCome on Tesco charge the same price for all your items in all your store, after all a pint of milk is a pint of milk?nWould only use this store for convenience and nothing more!
